I always used MyFitnessPal as well and was so sad they took the barcode away but I found another app that’s very similar and they have the barcode scanner! :) it’s called “MyNetDiary” The logo has a green apple with measuring tape around it !

Jamie, I just started watching. I really like how you set up your fitness planner. I am a nurse too. Don’t you find the break room is the worst for having snacks😂. I thought I heard say you live in Michigan, that is where I am from. I have found not having sunshine has been a struggle for me. I am glad you are healthy once again. I joined the YMCA. It is a start.

I live in Iowa so hello neighbor! Winter is hard because coldness and less sun but just keep summer in sight lol - earn your summer body now! Yes I agree that the break room is horrible for weight loss - I have to just tell myself I am not allowed to grab snacks or next thing you know I have eaten a meal allowance worth of calories on snacks.

Here’s a great idea If you have loops on your pants put watch there, if you have pockets put watch in pocket all while you are keeping your arms stable but actually walking

Hi Jamie! I’m trying to get healthier too. I need to lose weight and get moving. I have knee issues so that sometimes can be a little trying for me. It’s very motivating to see other people set up their fitness planner because I get ideas from that. Hope you have a nice Sunday. 👍😁

You got this! My knee pain got way better when I strengthened my legs and hips. It helps with keeping the knees stable. Just start small and it can amaze you the difference small changes can make! We are in this together!
