Depends on how often you use it. The twist action works in dancing. He just moved it to stationary exercise. I actually really like it. Would love to see before and after evidence of others that have used it though. He didn’t sell it well enough.

All lies, the only way to build abs is the same as every other muscle group, progressive overload. In addition you need a massive caloric deficit

stupid product, abs are made in the kitchen, if you have a lot of bodyfat they will never show. Plus to build any muscle properly you need resistance and progressive overload, you can't do that with this stupid invension
