I love FitnessBlender. I found your channel like in November 2014 that was when I starting to concern about my healthy life, because I used to hate working out at all. Now I feel like working out is one of important thing that you have to do for your body, and also that is also the way to love your body. Now I've lost around 35 pounds since my first journey follow your free videos (I cant afford to buy the program sorry guys :( ) and my weight now is likely to just stay where it is and my abs looks waaay better. You guys showing me the real working out but easy to follow and you can do that at home anyway, so no excuse haha

@paralyzed_92058 жыл бұрын
I get leg cramps when I'm very tired. If you're not getting enough sleep, try to focus on that...you could also strech after every workout (you should always do that anyway), eat 1 banana a day, drink plenty of water (and maybe some Gatorade). You should consult with a doctor though, just to be sure.

#fitnessblender ...can't wait to workout tomorrow morning. I was wondering if a pain or stiffness in the knee is a common soreness - I sometimes get them after squats... I consulted a trainer who told me my squat posture was correct...and I have checked up throughly on the internet about squatting correctly. I seem to be doing it correct - pushing the hip back so that the knees dont go out over the toes.
@sohairel-geziry20678 жыл бұрын
dhira chakraborty I've had the same thing! Apparently it's something about not working our knee tissue enough which makes them feel sore when we exercise. From experience, unless the pain is killing u and u can't move it, stop focusing on it. Make sure to warm up well before you do any exercises that would affect your knee. Personally, I walk, jog and run on the treadmill and focus on that for my warmup for however long I feel necessary. If you're warming up or exercising and just worrying about whether your knee will be able to handle the squats or lunges coming up, you have the wrong mindset. I'm not saying ignore the pain!! But if you're warming up enough until you can jump and do squat with no pain, then that pain is most probably coming from the 'law of attraction' - negativity attracts negativity, vice versa with positivity. I don't wanna say this and there is in fact a real problem with your knee xD make sure with your doctor if you have any concerns. Warm up first and try again! Hope this helped :)
@dhirachakraborty96968 жыл бұрын
Sohair El-Geziry : Thanks. Yes...I am very particular about warming up. I usually do a longer warmup than in Kelli's videos since I feel more comfortable that way and it makes my HIIT routines easier. Also yes I Agree, about the negativity aspect. I realised while working out it doesn't pain in the knees...but say about 7-8 hrs later...my knees sometimes start feeling stiff...and the. when I squat it pains ...but there is a relief...almost like as if it's a stretch for my knees...If I do a couple of squats at that point my knees warm up and I am fine. I agree it could well be the fact that the joints aren't being used enough...also I was wondering if the climate has an effect tooo - since it's super duper cold here at the moment. Thanks so much for your support... I am ofcourse working towards a stronger me but I totally believe form should never suffer or else I shall cause damage to my body. How many times to do you do the HIIT routines... I make it a point never to exercise the same muscle group the very next day...so I have a proper calender that way.
@sohairel-geziry20678 жыл бұрын
dhira chakraborty I skimmed through a website on whether cold weather affects exercise performance- apparently it does, so make sure you stay warm :) Honestly, I don't have a routine yet^.^ I just run on the treadmill and mayyyybe do a workout afterwards. For 2017, I'm planning to have hiit treadmill sessions 5 days a week and a different muscle group a day with resistance and strength training spread through the week, if my legs are too sore from running the next day (even when I stretched) then I might skip- which isn't good... I'm still brainstorming xD I agree with you though, it's dangerous to exercise the same muscle groups day after day, that's another point I'd take into consideration :) good luck with your exercising! Have a wonderful day.

Also, what if I used ankle weights during the pilates exercises? I have no noticeable fat on my lower body and have worked hard for my really toned and muscular legs... You need to have a clear image of what you want to look like, then work towards it.
@commentercommentypants79048 жыл бұрын
Often, starting toward something is the only thing you need. For example, if running a mile every day is your goal but you don't want to for whatever reason, just starting out on your desired route, telling yourself that you'll just run for five minutes, is enough to keep you moving for much longer. It can be the same for your diet. Just start. It'll get much easier after that, no matter how hard it looks now. I thought giving up soda was impossible, but now I can barely remember what it tastes like, and what I can remember seems unpleasant. I've had maybe three cans of soda total over the past three years. You can do it if you just start.

I was wondering if it's okay to do ''back bow'' and ''swimmers'' when you have a pretty bad lordosis? because i've doing those now for 2 weeks I think and my lower back hurts the day after... I don't know if it's because i'm sore (which would be normal considering my lower back is a mess and I haven't done any lower back exercices for years) or if it's because i'm actually degrading my situation.

As long as you're eating enough and not working off more calories than you're eating, you won't lose weight. If you're exercising constantly (especially with cardio), eat more than usual if you want to maintain your current weight; so that you won't lose weight. You'll probably gain more muscle but I haven't looked into that yet. Hope this helped :)
