Love it!!! I am a loyal watcher since 2012 after I had my first baby. Now after 4 kids you helped me recover from every birth and stay fit. I tried other expensive home workout programs but cancelled and always come back to you. Love the no nonsense videos and I just total relate to your workout style. Please keep it up!! Today January 7, is my first time watching this video and following along! I used to watch your older 10 minute abs workout with just Kelli and follow it every week before this one. I’m just now learning the concept of “breathing out when you do the hardest parts.” I also learned about giving myself a break if I can’t do the reps. I used to limp along with poor form. Thanks for those new tips!

It's cute how you chose the workout arrangement based on a coin toss! This short routine definitely targets the core. I followed Daniel's version for all but the jackknife crunches at the end.

Did this workout today and it is quite deceiving. I've done a few of your other 10 min ab routines and this one I felt more sore afterwards. I even switched back n forth between following Kelly and Daniel in terms of difficulty. Will definitely continue with this routine in the future!! 👍🏼

i think it great that you have an easyer version and a harder version demostrated in this video. i think it would be great if you did that most often, so people had that chice and demostration from the video. been using you videos for many years. seen great results and great results since. i have often recomand you channel to others, cause i think its great.
