Even though I don’t enjoy exercise, I DO enjoy these short, easy to follow videos. No hype. No distracting noises or things in the background, slow and steady. Thank you so much.

I love how clear & measured & calm your directions are and how you let me/us know a little bit ahead of time when the next exercise is going to begin and when there's 5 seconds left. Thank you for your gifts of teaching/leadership of self-fitness.

@ele38ful A lot of people do corrective stretches wrong, and don't hold them long enough, so we are very glad to hear this was helpful to you!

Great stretch, thank you. Some of the directions were unclear, or rather you will say to release or switch followed by "in a few seconds" when i've already released. A timer and a few more graphics would help. Also, the torso stretch says 30 seconds on each side but then is alternating left and right. TL:DR: great stretch, please clean up VO and graphics for clarity.

Amazing! When I woke up this morning, my arms were hurting quite badly from a tough week at work, having to lift heavy parts for eight hours every day. I first tried a rather easy cardio routine, which I had to stop because even an easy walkdown was too painful. Instead I did your ultimate workout for belly fat loss and afterwards this stretching and well - magic! - after the stretching the pain is almost completely gone :-D Thanks alot, guys!

I’m so thankful for this. I had upper shoulder tightness after a workout on the oculus quest 2 and I didn’t want to do the stretch with the workout game I was using because I was already drenched in sweat. This really helped me ease those muscles. Thank you so much.

After feeling the benefit of Kelli's Lower Body stretch, I added this one on after my upper body weights routine. Thanks, Daniel- simple but effective. The stretches go on much longer than I usually hold them for (got used to Les Mills quickie stretches after BodyPump) and that is doubtless what is helpful here. I felt much less stiffness than usual even though I have been increasing intensity in my workout. Much appreciated!
@niniitread86917 жыл бұрын
Thanks for this stretch Daniel😄 i really have to learn it before I could do it correctly. I like to close my eyes when doing this. Okay i'll count myself. stay focus and not be distracted. I didn't know when you said to turn down, up so on. I'm gonna keep at this, cause I want to share with my children.. It just seem confusing when to turn.. It's different.. Thanks Daniel & Kelly❣
