Hello everyone! I don't know if this comment will be buried under the mountain of many other comments, but I'd like to say that this work out really really works!! It's only been a week since I started, but my glutes have significantly lost a lot of its fat, become much more slim and lean, and the effects are also very apparent in my thighs. Throughout the days I must say I couldn't really tell the difference through raw vision, but when I compared the photo of my side profile I took a week ago to the one today, you will definitely see some change, so maybe you can do so too! For anyone who is wondering, my routine is as such: once of this video each day, coupled with half an hour of aerobic dance. I wish everyone here who wants to get slimmer and leaner thighs and butt all the best! Perseverance is key!

I love this girls video's. she's not annoyingly perky which pisses me off cuz i'm not especially happy when I work out lol Her routines are perfect for me for endurance and difficulty. She has other videos, I do an abs workout and it's friggin hard which I love.

Yeah. I sometimes skip the pulses because it kill's my legs. But whether you do pulses or not it's still super effective !

I have thick thighs and butt and after I started doing these + the 10mins abs workout 2-3 times a week, my thighs are much slimmer and my love handles are pretty much gone. I bulk up quickly with weights, so these kinds of exercises work great for me. If I stop doing these two exercises I start feeling my skinny jeans are tighter lol. BTW I also do a lot of low impact cardio like walking and elliptical (no running cause I have very bad knees) and eat super healthy. If you have bad knees like me, put a few pillows under your knees while you do the last exercises!.... Thank you FITNESS BLENDER!

THIS REALLY WORKS!!!!! I have been doing this for 3-4 days a week of course eating healthily (e.g more veges) and my thigh measurements reduced from 25-21.5!!! i also lost 1.8kilos and my glutes are lifted IM STILL DOING IT!!!

I've did this for a few months and it never failed to show me good results! I usually do it 3-5 times per week and have at least 2 days rest. I see my thigh have slimed down a lot and became firmer. Don't give up guys, keep striving and you will achieve your goal!💕

I don't usually comment unless it's really good but, I just gotta say that this works. I've been doing this for about 2 weeks now and I've fitted in my pants way better, my thighs are a lot slimmer. I did this 5 times a week with a break every other day.

Ive been doing this for 4 years now. The most effective and fastest workout to lose those cellusites and tone your legs. I keep coming back to this whenever I see fats growing back. Lucky for me it only takes two weeks to a motnh to get my legs back in shape. Try this you wont regret!

People I know we like to see results fast, but you cannot calculate a magic time in which you will see your body changing. Besides, every body is different. Just be consistent :D

I did this for like almost a week and I already see my results getting my legs slimmer, and my stomach doesn't have as much fat as before, so my advice is to have a good diet and do this video at least 2 times a day

I am going to do this workout for 1 month, wish me luck💪🏽 Day 1:✅ done Day2: rest day Day3: ✅ done Day4: rest day Day 5:✅ done Day 6: rest day Day 7: ✅ done, but every second during doing this i was thinking of giving up. I hope i will be able to do this for one month Day 8: rest day Day 9:✅ done. I feel that my butt is more in shape Day 10: rest day Day 11: ✅done Day 12: rest day Day 13: ✅done and i also see a difference on my before-after photos Day 14: rest day Day 15: done✅ Day 16: rest day Day 17: done✅ Today was so much easier to do this workout then the first time Day 18: rest day Day 19: ✅done Day 20:rest day Day 21: skipped, i was feeling sick Day 22: sick Day 23: ✅ done Day 24: rest day Day 25:✅done. Day 26: rest day Day 27: ✅done Update: i am done with this workout. My butt is definitely more in shape. It's rounder and stronger. For my second month challenge i chose pamela's butt workout, so let's see😊

The BEST workout for butt & thighs. I’ve been doing this video in conjunction with various types of cardio & it really does help to slim those areas! The key is CONSISTENCY - do it often & you will see results. 💗

Tip for anyone starting: You will gain muscle before you lose fat so don't fret about your thighs appearing "big", some people lose fat faster than others but don't give up :) I've been doing this for about four weeks along with hiit and abs and my legs are finally looking more leaner now

@@manavisingh5707 I actually toned and gained muscle from this workout so the scale didn't reflect that because muscle weighs more than fat so to the scale I was "bigger" but I felt stronger and my mood improved from these exercises. Everyone loses fat at different times, for me it takes a while to lose fat especially since I was eating junk food every day before. If you're already eating healthy you'll probably lose weight faster but if you are changing your diet it may take longer because it's a transition but I'm happy with my progress even if it's not a weight loss miracle :)

@@manavisingh5707 Like I said everyone loses fat at different paces so I can't exactly tell you when you'll slim down but I can say that doing just this exercise won't slim down your legs dramatically, you'll have to implement some cardio like elliptical, brisk walking, running or equipment free cardio workouts on KZbin, diet is also an important factor to trimming down fat too you may not see a drastic difference if you don't eat clean

I used to be a figure skater, and I remember how we would do these type of exercises during off ice, and after a few weeks of training my legs definitely got slimmer! The key is consistency and never giving up!!

I'm Busy I already had a small thigh gap before I started, but it became a lot more noticeable after doing this workout. It slimmed my thighs more than built muscle and got rid of the small amount of fat i had on the outside of them

I've been doing your workouts (1 hour/day, 6 days a week) for 7 weeks now and my body looks absolutely amazing! My boyfriend also noticed that something has happened around my butt. I didn't even know I had so much fat on me, I only wanted to exercise a bit :DD Thank you for these videos!!!

It works! I have classic flat butt syndrome and after a few months I’ve noticed my butt finally taking shape 😌🙏. I did do what Kelly did in this video though. I did one of FB’s weighed workouts with this just being a secondary workout for a little more burn!

Start small :D i too have really bad eating habits. I started out reducing my carb intake (rice) by decreasing it to half my normal portion and take in more vegetables/meat and fruits instead. Fruits and juices are great to satisfy my snack cravings!! I also really love sweet drinks but now i substitute it with infused water which is so great in cleaning up ur system. Now i eat less than 1/4 of my previous carb intake and have less and less desires for snacks.

I have been doing this workout for the past week with ankle weights, 2.5 kg each leg. It's insane how in just one week you get a great result! I will continue doing it everyday.

I have been doing different exercises lately. I always like to change and alternate. For the moment I am doing the Butt Series from Mary Hellen Bowers. I am pretty happy with the results, considering that I haven't changed anything on my diet. I could workout for 5 hours everyday but I could never stop myself from eating what I want. :P

So my thighs have always been kinda big, and I wanted to slim them. I tried this workout for the first time and honestly this hurts so much when you get up. When I was doing it I was like “ it burns but nothing like a hitt workout” and then when I finished it was like BAM the pain in my butt and legs!!

Will be doing this for two weeks. Wasn’t that bad. Couldn’t do the last one properly. Current measurements 22 inches thighs Week1 ✅ ✅ ❎ ✅ ✅ ✅ ❎ No changes Week2 been extremely inconsistent. Will start again tomorrow

I've only included pilates based exercises in my routine for 3 weeks and I can honestly say it's given better shape and feeling of strength in my glutes and legs than lunges or squats ever have by themselves. Awesome, thanks!

*I was a serial spinner pre-lockdown (it worked for me because I enjoy it), I took up weights and HIIT during lockdown and I seemed to build muscle but my legs gained a lot of fat and just didn't look toned at all anymore- this seems to be helping my legs look a little more streamlined again, so thank you ^-^

I've done this routine for 8 days out of the last 9 and I'm totally seeing results. It gets a little easier but its still a real burn every day - I only get through it cos I know there's only 15 mins! I can't bear squats or lunges - this routine is awesome to get those same results. My workout Update: Day 6: my butt feels slightly harder but other than that nothing really happened, I just feel a little more confident about my butt. Day 12: My butt feels a Little harder and I See less cellulites. I started a diet 4 days ago. Breakfast: 150 kc, Lunch: 200-300 kc, Dinner: 600-750 kc. I‘m pear shaped so I have thicker legs and butt. Day 21/22: idk witch day I‘m on but anyways, last week I was on vacation so i stopped with my diet but kept on with this workout. To be honest I only see a little less cecullites. Maybe because I was eating crap all week or cause I didn’t take an before picture. I‘m going to keep doing this workout for another month because I really want a toned butt a thinner thights Day 33: I can’t really tell a big difference but this workout got so much easier after 1 month and with my diet I lost 2 kg in 1 1/2 weeks. ( you should totally NOT do my diet. My diet: a hot chocolate in the morning, an apple and a rice waffle/ salad/ carrot salad for lunch and for dinner everything is okay even the most unhealthy things, but I throw half of it up after dinner.. I know it’s not good.) Sorry if my english isn‘t the best, I‘m german. Keeping you guys updated

I am sorry it's not my business but I think you need help. You should never throw up any food- it's a sign of a problem. Please talk with someone you can trust. Also don't obsess over looks that much!

I did this quite well til the last exercise.....I lay on my front and tried to lift my legs.... NOTHING!!!! There was no way I was gonna be able to do that last exercise, not just do it badly.... Not do it at all!!!! I was so relieved to see that I wasn't the only one that couldn't do it! So thanks guys. I will use it as an indication of how much better I am getting at this ....If I ever get to be able to do it!

I've lost 70 pounds. Been doing a lot of these workouts recently. Love them! I have stubborn back thigh fat that takes forever to tone. Inner thighs and butt have toned but having difficulty toning up back thigh fat.

I'm 6 months pregnant and have been doing this video in combo with the gym and honestly, it works. It will help tone and smooth legs and keep them strong, also good for the pelvic floor. I replaced the last workout with squats.

Ive been doing this 2x a week over a year still getting great results also helped with my chronic back pain. I had a flat butt before now its in awesome shape and even helped my squat and deadlift go up for power lifting. Thanks !

Only 2 days in and I already have very noticeable results. Pilates has always been extremely effective for me. Overall results are rewarding given your form and breathing are correct. I would suggest stretching before and afterwards to optimize results and minimize sore muscles. Happy Toning 😎

i can't say they are slimmer but they are definitely more tight like they are less jiggly 😂lol but for my butt it's more lifted and more rounder and everyone be like girl your ass is getting bigger 😂😂✨🙌🏻 but you need to really push yourself i did it for week every single day so good luck 🍀

This stuff worked out really well for me! Did this 1 week straight started seeing results by the third day! Of course diet is important too! Cut off simple sugars from your diet and go for a 30 min run every alternative day. DONT GIVE UP U GUYS

Wow so two months ago this workout would have killed me! And now after 2 months of consistent squats and lunges (not many they're really hard) I can do the whole thing. Yay! Lunges still feel so hard that I haven't noticed my progress until now. In fact this workout felt, dare i say it...easy? A workout has never felt easy before haha!

I've been working on my thighs for a while now and I did gymnastics for 2 yrs, this is pretty easy for me but it's really good for a quick leg workout if u don't have time

Thanks so much! I am a runner and cyclist and injured my achilles, so am looking for work outs to keep me in shape, but don't use high impact on the achilles. These are excellent! Your verbal descriptions are calm and direct, with clear visuals.

I started this March 2020 where I could barely finish half of it and am now doing 2 rounds quite easily. Stick with it 6 days a week- makes a difference for sure!!
