Workout complete!! I started a new body strengthening plan today. I miss the pilates classes I used to attend. This video was the first step to healing my endometriosis pain (and hopefully fatigue). I was able to stick it out through the pain! It was perfect. Thank you :)

Used to do all your Pilates videos back in 2013-2014… and I think I had the best body at that time. Stopped when I started grad school and totally lost my strength and body… but so excited to see that you’re still here with these old fave videos of mine! 💪Can’t wait to get strong again!

I was just scrolling through your workouts to find a low-impact lower-body workout that’s easy on the knees after yesterday’s hiit, when I saw this new video! This is perfect for me because my joints are funky and can only handle workouts like these right now. Even though I'm doing FB Reach I can always add this in one days where I feel like I could use more lower body.

First few days doing this I was so tired afterwards and even struggle to breathe properly, I’ve been doin it for 9 days now and it feels amazing! I don’t feel sore and not even struggle a bit

I just love these short videos. I know that I won’t work out once I get off work so I just take my mat to work & work out during my lunch. I don’t get all sweaty but can squeeze in some good intense exercise in my day. Thank you so much!

@fitnessblender I have fallen off the fitness bandwagon and landed hard with all my weight gained back and all my strength and progress gone. We talked once about how I had originally lost 150 lbs. I am so sad with how my health- physically and mentally- has brought me so far from what I once was. But today I showed up. And did this little 15 minute workout with you. Hi Stephanie, I'm sorry that you're feeling discouraged but don't beat yourself up! You are not your body, or your bodyweight. Try not to think about your workout habits as something that you are "on" or "off" with. Try to remind yourself that these things (your motivation, dedication, body, personal needs & other commitments, etc) are all in a constant state of change & fluctuation. Keep your self talk kind, and gently move into those habits once again, reminding yourself of how much better you felt when you were honoring your body with movement and healthy foods. Hoping you find a happier mental and physical balance soon. Good job showing up for yourself today. You can do this! -Kelli

I live in the Uk and started fitness blender in our lockdown in March when my gym closed. I have been doing 3-4 classes a day. Love it truly the best. I love the short classes as well as the 50 min ones which allows me to do full body in different classes in an 1 1/2. I don’t miss my gym or classes at all and now wonder whether I will return. Have definitely found a better body shape with you both. Can do it any time of day! Thank you so much both of you and have let my gym friends know what great sessions these are. By the way I’m a fit flexible 72 year old and do all advanced moves and HIIT classes with you 💪👍 lesley

This was the very first Pilates exercise I have ever done and man it burnt! I loved it and I will do this 6 days a week along with the other HasFit exercises I've been doing regularly for the last 3 weeks. For the first time in my life I want to be more fit and stronger. Man I love pilates. Even the 15 minute work outs make me sore. Have to remind myself to quit being lazy pilaties is so hard lol. But, short work outs add up after a while. They really do work.

been mixing and matching your workouts to replace my gym during sheltering....2.5 mo.t so far. I am loving the options and the 'surprise' I get when I click on a routine I haven't done yet. (I have set up folders for the day of the week and what I do and placed your routines into them), The pulses killed on this one. Even if I hadn't done the 100 squats first. :} You guys have kept my days fairly normal and I appreciate it.
