Man, this looks tough! I'm adding it to your bodyweight only program right away! This is one of the things I love the most about you guys. Not only your programs are never boring, but with all the videos you post all the time, I can always throw a new workout in basically any program, and I NEVER EVER get bored. That is truly awesome.

When I'm studying they only last 30 minutes (busy people program) but when I'm on vacations they last about 1 hour. Always 5 times per week.

Usually 4-5 times a week for 30-60 minutes, an equal mix of HIIT and strength training. And on my rest days I still try to go for a long walk and catch up on podcasts. :)

Kelli and Daniel, I completed this workout after a long period of ceased exercise and I feel great! I kept up and was sweating profusely by the end! You two have been a part of my fitness journey since the beginning and I am highly appreciative! After trying so many other videos on youtube and programs, I always find myself coming back to your videos. Please continue to do what you do! Also, these pyramid HIIT workouts are amazing. I love fitness blender! I'm on my last week of FB Burn, I'm going to miss the routines so much I'll have to buy another 4 week program. Totally worth every penny. This was the first routine I actually finished the stretches, usually i just do my own quick cool down because I'm so depurate for a shower after a FB sweat session, but today I wanted to enjoy the stretch and it felt awesome! The summer heat is just kicking in and I am feeling lay-zee. I have been merely going through the motions with my workouts and have skipped an extra day over the last couple of weeks. If you and Kellie are lacking inspiration for an upcoming video, a motivational video would be fantastic. How do we push through the lull? Especially when it feels like we have hit a plateau and are feeling tired and sweaty from the summer heat. Thanks!

Wow, I stopped after the first pyramid set and was going to skip to the cool down. But then the break ended and Daniel was talking to me and I told myself to just do the second set and I'm so glad I did. I mean I'm tired as hell, but the "Workout Complete" is so much more rewarding!!!

I did it, it was great! Loved that the rest lasted 15 sec! :) Pyramid workouts are definitely not 'get-fit-quick-schemes' (LOL), but after almost two months of doing your trainings every day I feel a lot better both physically and mentally!

We have done pyramids before Dan, I was less fit than I am today & it caned me. This was still tough, my chest was tight & my breathing was laboured. Fortunately, it was a short workout. Breathing back to normal & I feel good. Thanks

Agreed, like for me i wasn't feeling like i was completely about to die which was nice for once xD. I added 10 min strength training and 5 min cardio with it and then i was dead
