I'd like a 600-700 calorie workout like that: 16 min hiit(total body) 10 min kickbox (more legs) and uper body strength. Ty

I'm not a huge fan of kickboxing but I keep coming back to this one because it's so effective! The kickboxing portion is only 8 minutes, it's not super repetitive and it flies by very fast. The strength portion afterwards feels challenging on completely another level AND it has pretty much all of my favourite upper body exercises!! So fun.

Just what I needed! Sometimes it hard to get motivated to do HIIT. But kickboxing is a more fun form of cardio for me and the slower paced weight liftings gets you just as sweaty!

Merry Christmas Dan and Kelly This is today’s work out before the binge which I’m hoping to control. I love all your advice regarding post workout meals and hydration. Sooo important. I must share this video with my adult kids and spouses since I feel they will heed to your advice especially avoiding Carpal tunnel. Hope you have a wonderful holiday and happy new year 2023

i was in a very "unkinetic" study process in my past months (10 hour study in a day) , and although i am a 1.72m height and 54 kg girl, my look is so "slouchy". i want to get shape again, lean and tone legs, butts, and posture!

This is by far my favorite fitness blender workout. I'm a huge fan of the "bored easily" workouts, but even tho this one has some repetition, I loved it. Two days later my body is still sore, and as soon as the pain subsides, I'm going to do this one again!

Brilliant workout! I find upper body workouts can easily get boring and quite tedious. The addition of HIIT at the start made it much more bearable and really made everything burn in the strength portion. Would love more workouts like this - maybe with the kickboxing cardio weaved between strength sets? Thanks for another great workout :)

More like this...i love the kickboxing/strength combo for upper body! Please make more of these - this is one of my favorites and there are so many different combos of both kickboxing and strength that you could easily make more! PLEASE :D

Wow great fun, and one of my favourite kickboxing routines! But my whole arms and chest were shaking and had to go light overall for weights to maintain clean form. Phew!

These are tough, especially the cardio kick boxing if you want to call it that. I had to pause the video after 2 mins to get my breath back. I certainly don't use the weight you manage but the sweat pored out (pun intended). It's made me hungry too. Thanks.

Every time I decide to do this workout, I"m thinking about adding another 10 or 15 minute strength workout, since al little over 30 minutes seems so short for cardio and strength combined. Yet every time bythe time the strength section is over, I can barely move anymore

Using 1 kg dumbbells on the hiit portion & 20 kg per hand on the strenght (12 reps per excercise) all i can say its pretty intense and killer

Yes, it is normal to be hungry after a workout; our bodies are like machines are workouts make them go through their fuel faster. Which means you to refuel! It's a completely normal thing; don't let it freak you out, just make healthy food choices to "refuel".

Since i only had upto 5kg Dumbell pair , I did this workout twice to feel the burn (I felt the kickboxing wasn't as taxing as it was only for 8 mins) although its a great workout after doing multiple rounds.

This channel is very good. However, best start working on your stance, the jab and the straight left hand, because it's bellow amateur level. Even as a cardio workout, you should be mindful of your technique. Best regards.

I was wondering if you could do the strength training portion before the HIIT? Just my opinion, I kid of feel tired and out of gas after a HIIT training to perform strength training afterwards. Not sure, if it happens to other people or just me. :(
