Hey Keli and Daniel. I just want to say you guys are amazing. And I have been following you guys for three years now. When I started following you guys I did almost every work out you guys put up. And I actually lost a lot of fat and put on some muscle just by working out at home. I had never been to a gym in my life. I also wanted to purchase your workout videos but they weren't available for purchase in my country Pakistan, since we do not have PayPal. Ever since I came to Canada to study I didn't have time to follow your videos and I started to gain weight despite going to the gym. It just proves that your videos were very affective when I was following them. Now I'm back on track with fitness blender and I could finally purchase your abs programs and I am seeing results again. You guys are truly inspirational and genuine and do not encourage us to buy extra things we do not need. Thank you for being so genuine. I recommend you to all of my friends. Best fitness videos ever!

Hey Daniel and Kelli! I enjoy this format, it's quick and balanced. My lower body was sore today, so I was lucky that the new video is a short one. It's funny what only 5 minutes of HIIT can do to your body (and mind) ! I was happy to hear that after the break strength training comes already :) Thank you that you manage to come up with new workouts even at such a busy time for you guys! P.S. Squat Jacks and Jumping Lunge - killers! Loved those :)

This was a great workout! I just discovered mixed workouts like HIIT+Strength and that is what I need, as my pulse gets too high by only doing HIIT. Please do total body HIIT+ Strength :)

I did this workout a few weeks ago but I had a lot of trouble with my knees, so only 3/4 of the exercises were done. I used my elasticated knee bandages today and managed to do the workout and thanks even though it's tough on the legs.

Hey Kelli and Daniel (or anyone else that may know the answer), I had a question. I’m not sure how many calories a day I should be eating, since I’m 13 and still growing, so the formulas may not be accurate. I’m a male, I’m currently 5’9”, weigh 125 pounds, and do the FB Mass program. I was just wondering how many calories per day I should be eating to gain lean muscle, any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, do you have full body workouts that will help prevent or minimize varicose veins? Some articles online do not suggest weights, crunches, and even lunges to prevent the pressure on the legs to maintain vein health. Appreciate your advice.

No sure if anyone has asked this question, but how do I maintain on shift work? I work four days on and four off. 12hr rotation nights/days. Im exhausted! I work out on my four off and eat as healthy as possible, but on the days/nights I work it’s a struggle! What’s the best way to stay fit while not losing sleep or energy for my shift?

Can you wake up a little earlier on your on days so that you can at least fit in a 30 minute cardio or strength session? You could make those your lighter days. 12 hour shifts sound tough though!

anitha mutha thats an interesting question. Since they do strength training it will build muscle (but for that you also need to eat more to be able to build the muscle) but since also they have hiit (which helps burning fat and toning your butt) i guess it will depend on how heavy your weights are, if you lift heavier it will build (grow) while if you lift less (it will just tone and make it stronger but not big).

anitha mutha also you cant spot reduce fat, for that you just need to follow what they always say work your whole body, combine strength training and cardio and you will lose your fat specially with a healthy diet.
