Thanks for this! I've been trying to decide between the first Sperax you reviewed, and this one. Your review sold me on this one. 👌

This is similar to my current treadmill. I have a SupeRun 2 in 1, 3.0 HP. It goes up to 7.5mph. As a full time remote worker its been great to have for my standing desk setup. Good review. I have something you might really enjoy reviewing - The SledTred by The Tib Bar Guy. It has a manual treadmill that can incline. It's an awesome piece of equipment. Im currently waiting until they ship mine in September.

I got the Sperax pad with a 9 degree incline. It's great so far the incline makes a big difference for me. Unfortunately it doesn't come with a handrail that would have been nice.
@FitnessFinance4u2 ай бұрын
I’ll have to see if another company makes a “handrail” version of that.

If you want to make it more difficult to get your heart rate higher you could try wearing a weighted vest or maybe a backpack with 10-20 lb dumbbell
@FitnessFinance4u2 ай бұрын
True. But I think I’ll upgrade to a treadmill or walking pad with an incline next!

If you don't switch the power switch off and allow it to go into standby and the display go off the off on button on the bar will not turn it back on only the remote. Not sure if the walker is faulty or not.
@FitnessFinance4uАй бұрын
Hmm. Sounds like there could be a problem. On mine, as long as I had the “safety” key plugged in, I could use the buttons on the bar. I only used the remote when the bar was down for waking at my desk.
@LynneMangoldАй бұрын
@@FitnessFinance4u thanks for your reply, I emailed Sperax and they have confirmed only the remote will take the walking pad out of standby, the button on the support bar does not switch on.

If the company can add an incline you got a great product .

I agree. Sperax actually does offer one with an incline. However, I'm reviewing another company's incline treadmill next as it looks pretty interesting. Stay tuned for the video!

You know I’m in the market for one. This one looks good. Watching. You mentioned carpet. Can it be level on carpet?
@FitnessFinance4u2 ай бұрын
Yes it can. It makes it even quieter too!

Put one of those mats under it in case the lubricant leaks so you don't damage carpet. 👍

Hi, great video! Does anyone knows if the Motor is 800Watts or 2,5HP?
@FitnessFinance4u24 күн бұрын
Here's what the link the product says on Amazon/ "The powerful 2.5 Horsepower Motor provides a large carrying capacity of up to 280 pounds.The sturdy treadmill allows you to run up to 6.2 mph on the frame and walk up to 3.8 mph with the remote under your desk."

Can't you get into "fat-burning mode" by running at 6mph? Let me know, cuz I am eager to try this one! I just started jogging and want to simply get in shape by jogging indoors. Let me know if you think this is good for jogging. Thx!
@FitnessFinance4uАй бұрын
Brittany, I definitely couldn't get into fat burning mode on this one, but I could run on it comfortably. I'm 5' 10". I'm trying out a new one in a few weeks with an incline which should be able to get me in fat burning mode.

would you try the RHYTHM fun with incline and bar? looks like a decent one
@FitnessFinance4u20 күн бұрын
If I do another treadmill review it will probably be one with an "electric" incline and is more upscale. The RHYTHM Fun looks a lot like the one I reviewed in this video.

I got the same treadmill, but man anything above the first speed setting sounds like a helicopter taking off in the room. Don't even know when I am supposed to use it, because I don't want to be a nuisance to my neighbours and the people living below me

I imagine it could be a bit loud if you are the downstairs neighbor, but I think almost any treadmill would have the same issue.

@@FitnessFinance4u actually it recently mellowed out quite a bit after some hours of use. Don't know if this means the speed is slower than displayed or the motor needed some time to "adjust" to being used

Hi Guy, As an electrical engineer I can assure you there is no way a 3HP motor would fit into that frame. 3HP is 2.2 KW which equates to 17 Amps. So things would be getting scarily hot! I don't think there's any need to tell this kind of lie. It casts a dark shadow on the company's integrity?
