Brilliant love it. Was a bit worried when I saw it was ‘for beginners and followed ‘little pj’ on the right. Half way through lying on the floor catching my breath 😂😂😂feel totally worked out and energised. You are most definitely the number 1 you tube personal trainer for me!

TY PJ! Loved this hiit short workout , the only move that I can’t do ( artrosis and scoliosis ) were the jumps , but I can certainly hop or march , so I switched, thx ❤️💐

This was awesome but I'm officially carrying an injury I sprained my ankle hiking on Saturday, I tried the advanced but my ankle just wouldn't allow me. I still got it done doing the beginner's and I done the ab workout after to another favourite because I can now do the advanced v sit woop lol little win for me lol I'm glad I tried because if I didn't do anything I'd be on a guilt trip lol Cheers LEGEND Steph 🇮🇪

When you had us do the pogo move, it reminded me of a story that I heard somewhere that the song "The Safety Dance" by Men Without Hats" was inspired by an incident where the lead singer was at a club and he and some others weren't allowed to do the Pogo. I asked my device to play The Safety Dance to go along with the rest of the workout.

This was tough Following mini PJ!! first time I’ve ever stuck with 40 secs of high knees for all 3 rounds!! Feeling super proud, thanks Pj for getting me thru it and with a smile! Thought I was dying at the time but managed a 4k walk after with dogs so can’t have been all that bad!!😂😂 great fun, awesome start to the week!
