Today was a great day for a no repeat full body strength workout! 💪 I do not sit in front of a computer all day, but I am a quilt maker, so I do spend hours bent over my sewing machine and cutting table. Because of this, the stretches for the pecs are just what I need, and they feel so good! Thanks, PJ!❤

Day 17 done! Yowza was this one intense! I used everything from my 5's to my 25's and I do believe I worked muscles I don't even have- LOL! I do tend to push harder and go heavier when I know it's just one round :) Thanks for a great total body burn!
