I am getting my BOSU this weekend for my 42nd birthday. My wife is not great at keeping gifts secret and I had to tell her the right size to order. I am really excited to enhance the workouts using the BOSU.

Enjoyed using the Bosu. Will admit, I was glade for the ability to pause to allow a bit more time for some of the transitions in order to get the full time for the exercise. Also, that's no joke lifting the Bosu over the head each time for the burpees. Note to self: Remember to bend the legs picking-up AND putting down the Bosu. Great workout, as always!

1. I love your shirt. You have the best shirts. I tell my friends I don’t workout to be thin or healthy-I do it so I can hold my own in a fistfight. 2. The Bosu-so I the thing and got the name brand Bosu ball from Target for Christmas. I don’t know what I missed but it’s about half the size of yours. And my butt is about twice the size of yours, so the ab exercises were an adventure. 3. Thank you for being a total badass always! 💙💙💙

I scored a BOSU ball at a rummage sale! Holy cow - it's a whole new workout! I don't trust the ball yet to hold me on the up-n-overs. 😅 My abs are questioning my judgement.

I am really enjoying these Unstoppable workouts. I have tried to really up my game. I workout with my Grandchildren, well they play in the Bosu Ball! This am my Granddaughter (she is 3) said " I want to go to Hers house to workout" We live in Ontario ir might be a hike! lol Thanks PJ!

KAPOW 💥💥 this was awesome! Day 6! I don't have a Bosu ball but I use a yoga donut ball that came in a set from Aldi($16). Works a treat. I wouldn't stand on it but for everything else it's great 👍🏋‍♀️

Loved this workout during the February challenge and love it even more now that I've been 100% consistent with working out. Doesn't get "easier" but I am getting better and balance is really better. I was even able to to the burpees.

Thanks you for a great workout. I am still sore from day 3 and day 4 (hey, that rhymes😂) I love these 30ish minute workouts. Loved this workout this morning. I just need to get myself to do these back-to-back. I do not own a bosu ball but it sure looks like a great addition to my exercise tools.

Glad you loved it!! 😊. Hey Karen - are you are talking about back-to-back meaning doing 1 straight after another? If you are, I would recommend not doing this but rather looking for a "finisher" workout to compliment what you've just done or choosing a mobility or yoga style follow up. Search "Finisher" at my channel 😃

I'm definitely getting stronger I had to use my heavies except for one move again have to be aware of my shoulder even do it's doing well .......I don't want to knock it lol Delighted with myself now to get the abs just as strong Cheers legend you did it again still feel my hips and tighs from the other day lol Steph 🇮🇪

Awesome workout! I was struggling a bit though because it was quite leg-intensive and my legs were still barking from day 4... all good though, I made it through!

Great to do this met con again. Always a challenge, but my squats are deeper and my thighs are stronger than they were a month ago. Gotta love that!! ❤

So good, thank you PJ. Unfortunately I couldn't use 15's for shoulder press. I used 12's on two sets and 10 on the second set. I wish so much my shoulders were as strong as yours. I always try and use the same weights as you. That's why i appreciate you mentioning what you are using for reference. I am TOTALLY IMPRESSED when i see your strength lifting the bosu ball above your head. I don't know how much it weighs but that would be my goal. Thank you a million for everything. LOVING this challenge.
