Great workout 💪 I'm struggling right now, between stressful situations with work, church stuff, and trying to work on a leadership course... did I mention my young adult children and their assorted situations 🤔 😳 ...my point is these workouts feel like the only sanity in my day sometimes! 😅 To all of us - keep going, no matter what's happening! This is so good for us. 💓

Day 7 done! I do love all standing cardio workouts, and this one definitely delivered! I used my rebounder for all the moves I could to add some extra intensity without hurting my knees :) And my core is getting noticeably stronger- I could do those plank pull thrus using my 15 lb dumbbell with relative ease and maintained good form through every set! Thank you PJ! I've said it before, and I'll say it again- you are the best trainer out there!

So, good news! Short story is I had to have an MRI of the brain, (doc wondering why I have asymmetrical hearing loss), and results were negative. No tumor or anything else up there! 😅 🧠 Great workout today. Nothing wrong with little pink dumbbells, Boss! I, too, am directionally challenged. GPS doesn’t help. I’m convinced that being left-handed has everything to do with how I function in life. (I’m creative, though!) We lefties are special, right? I keep telling my husband that… Thanks, PJ!❤

Yes I do hate cardio, specially hiit sryle ones. And YES I DID LOVE THIS WORKOUT! only you to make me feel good and having fun doing cardio! Interesting you said about mental burn out. Its exactly what happens to me sonetimes. I have cronic anemia so i dont have thaaaat Energy to workout more than 40 minutes per day and I have a lot of domestics tasks to do everyday. So this 28 minutes daily is soooo good, thank you PJ! This way I can safely workout without being worried If Iam pushing that hard.
