Great work. Just a tip regarding the strut brace. Never put it on when the car is lifted up with no weight on the front. As you put the car down the strut towers will move slightly and put pressure on the strut brace bolts and they end up snapping.

I found out the expensive way on an E46 M3 a few years ago. Actually broke the welds on the strut brace. One of those thing you only do once 😂

As someone who is not mechanically minded, I’ve been very impressed with your skills and taking on lots of different jobs. Well done and keep up the work. By the way, do you still have your Mk3 TT? 👍😊

Thanks mate means a lot. Been a challenge but I’ve not given up and learned a lot on the way. Yes still have it, got a few bits coming for the mk3 downpipe and air intake so I’ll be fitting them in a video

Could you give me some guidance on something? There's 2 vacuum hoses under the inlet that go into the fuel rail and your DV. I took my inlet out and didn't label them so confused which one goes where. Does it matter?

Find yourself a good cat N car so its all cosmetic work. less risk while you build your confidence.

dude, for the love of me i cannot find a good intercooler. i have a TT mk1 Roadster. awesome video though... the ammount of stuff i wanna change but have no clue how cus my model is slightly different from all the others. which exact model TT do you have and which exact intercooler did you get?

I had the 225 bam model, and the intercooler was from performance motorsport parts on eBay

Like everyone els, I have enjoyed your videos. I have had one for 10 yrs. so I know it's a case of fix 1 find 2 more snags....what make was the fact?

Well done on this. Really enjoyed it. Plenty of crash damaged repairs going on, maybe try something different. Whatever you do make sure you are enthusiastic about the car, it comes across when people get fed up and disengaged.

@@H19XNS lol I imagine!! Me personally I would love to see something older and cool like a 106, MK3 VW golf, BMW 325 compact but it's entirely up to you. Have fun with it

I'd love to see some mods for your mk3 there arnt really any new channels coverring mk3 TT, Im about to updrade mine, alloys, spacers, disks and breaks, proram air filter sports cat, suspension so hopefully all goes well and somw tinted windows.
