In terms of a long term review i should give this shifter some credit..whilst i have read reviews of shifters overheating. interfering with revs and bike performance, this shifter does nothing of the sort..never had any issues and as always performed as expected.. thumbs up

Would go for the original one just for simplicity of installation, connector is available and no need to take half the bike appart. Also not killing the engine when down shifting

Hey Marco, I know your comment is old, but I'm just setting up my quickshifter later today. Do you have a good setup for your cutoff times, and if so could you share them?

God above... I know what Im gonna do when getting a quickshifter. Contact the dealer and let their mechanics deal with it :D Gosh thats complicated

The oem triumph quick shifters are much easier to fit...less complicated..however dont offer the same fine level of adjustment. That been said all these extra adjustments are overated if all your looking for is a quick shifter that can fo the job..

What settings are you running for smoothest shifting?

I don't have the bike now but from memory used run 0.7sec for lower revs down to 0.6 for the higher rev ranges.

Get the triumph quick shifter it takes 30 minuets max to fit and is super simple

Cant recall the price, i think circa $400usd. Yes i believe it is compatible with any bike. The only thing that changes is the harness to suit each bike. Best to contact the manufacturer.
