I bought the street triple (2019) last week and they gave me the quicksifter for free as they were doing clearance for the 2020 model. It feels amazing

Triumph original quickshifter Requires a mechanic or dealer to access triumph diagnostic tool to enable the quick shifter settings. I installed one myself and paid 75$ for a mechanic to activate and test ride

I didn't need to do that at all. I just plugged it in and it worked.

It just plugs in and works. You only need to go to a dealer to get it activated on the 2020+ models because they have quick down shift as well.

hi mate, i am looking to get one of these bikes at the weekend and would really like a quickshifter just wondering if you know weather there is a specific model quickshifter for the 660 or is it a one size fits all job. Cheers

The part number is in the description. It fits a few models, but there is a few different ones. Take the part number to a triumph dealer and they'll sort you out. Alternatively, if you don't want to spend that kind of money, Shift Dynamics has a couple of cheaper options that work the same.

Was easy enough. Just need to undo the handlebar clamps to get it in then refit. Maybe 10 minute job.

Just up shift on the 2017-2019. The 2020+ have up and down.

I was checking out the Triumph web site and they have a quickshifter that does both up and down shifting. Part number A9938783. I wonder if this part is specific to the 2020 model (although I wouldn't think so).

Yes it is only for the 2020 model. The ecu on the 2019 doesn't have the down shift programming so it won't work.

Did you do the ECU. As you need to put a map on it with that.

Nah I didn't. The instructions didn't say to do anything like that so I didn't. And it works, I think. As far as I know, it isn't working and I'm just smashing gears without the clutch haha.

I've had it on my bike for over a year now and works perfectly every time. Never did any software stuff, just plugged it in and off it went. Easily the best thing I've ever bought.

You can just flip the tank up and it will rest upwards No problem even with fuel...

The lines connected at the bottom would only let me lift it so high.
