Thanks for the video. I think that red lever is a deal breaker for me. How did you go with the plastic back cover, will it need trimming or pops back in no problem? Also disconnecting the cables without disconnecting the battery will it trip the computer with false warnings? Most helpful vid out there. Thumbs up

Hi There, sorry I didn't realise you has commented. The back plastic cover went straight back on no problems. In the end I bent out the handle and it seems to work ok but not the best design. I had no issues with the cable disconnecting at all. No faults whatsoever. Thank you for the comment.

@@simonlongworth4791 that's cool. I'm about to order the sportscaft one because of the lever and it should spin both ways. Thanks for the reply

Did you have to disconnect the battery to stop any error codes or just leave ignition alone?
@simonlongworth47912 ай бұрын
@@roryfinnegan1070 I just left the ignition alone.

Can you tell me how is the stability of the seat with this swivel base? Does it moves from the pivot during driving or produce any rattle?
@simonlongworth47913 жыл бұрын
Hi there. Sorry I have only just seen this. There is no movement and when I first fitted it there was a slight creaking as the pivot bedded in but now there is nothing.

That was the most painful thing I’ve watched. Had to stop half way through. lol.

Can you flip the whole attachment and have the red lever pointing down.
@simonlongworth47914 жыл бұрын
I did consider that to be honest but I am not sure it would work with the swivel direction.
@alandavies16414 жыл бұрын
Simon Longworth surely the red lever would catch the base and not turn
@simonlongworth47914 жыл бұрын
That’s. right. In the end I bent out the lever a little.
