20 years I bought an S&W 10 point cage for my Datsun 260z .FedEx delivered most of the cage but the main hoop was missing for a week it was scanned in to the local hub but they couldn't find it . I finally went down and got it .Someone stuck it in a corner all it had was a sticker on it

good thing ya got it! as far as pre-bent kits go, i've not found better than S&W.

You where did you get the hood, finding a cowl good for a firebird has been unfun lol

I currently have a 8 point like this in my 3rd gen, main hoop is 1.75 but could I just add additional tubing to make it a 10 point without cutting out the old? Or would it not be certified if I use 1 5/8 for the remainder?

It will cert. The one thing I would caution you on is how the door bars intersect the a pillar bars. They cannot terminate on the floor. It would be easier and quicker to cut the door bars out and redo them so they intersect the a-pillar bar.

How does the halo fit with the t-top mechanism? I had to tweak mine to clear the latch and removed some of my foam padding.

i had no issues getting it where i wanted. sometimes a couple ratchet straps are the best tool in the box ;) the ttops are fully functional on this car.
