Thankyou for this vid I have just installed one after the typical flap motor fault. However what do you do with the extra sensor after fitment? Just tape it and leave it hang around? It's obviously keeping the glow plug light/emissions light on but the EML has gone

Went to fit same kit as you got on my cr170 CBBB engine and is allot harder as boost pipes and coolant pipes have to be moved and EGR doesn’t have a vacuum pipe it’s electric, just a heads up, still a brilliant video guys 👍

it is a pd (pumpe düse) engine. Common Rail does not exist with EGR that works on vacuum.

What did you do with the small vacuum hose that connects to the egr?

In another guide I see that they plugged it with one of the extra screws that you have after getting rid of the EGR...

Most probably, yes. It has to be tuned out.

@@vinsc4403 shit ok... My plan was to use a blind plate and remove it before smog checks but that plan falls out the window it seems...
