Fitting Replacement "toyota" wheel nuts to Jaguar XF 2009. Including makeshift Engineer's Blue.

Toyota Wheel nuts are so similar to Jaguar wheel nuts that they can be interchangeable. The Toyota nut is one-piece whereas the Jaguar nut is "capped".
As in the video - its always best to check that the nut does meet the bottom of the fitment (in this case using the thick ink from a ballpoint pen as an indicator). If the nut doesnt fit correctly the wheel will not be secure and could over-stress the fixings and come off.

Dave. I wish I owned a torque wrench but I don't have one. I do periodically check that the nuts are still tight.

Ok mate it’s just that if you over tighten the nuts, they have a habit of shearing off.That was my concern 👍
