I like the idea of leaving out the studs. I had to use the extractor bolts to remove the end plate every time

It makes it very easy on initial set up and shimming of the gearbox 😎

Don’t suppose you’ve got a video about the simplified MB wiring loom Rob? I’ve just bought one and definitely think I’ve got way to many wires off of my ignitions switch

What torque for the rear hub nut? Same as a standard Lambretta hub or different?

Because there isn't a cone/interference fit the torque is around 110nm on this system, like vespa.

When I put my sliding dog on the shaft it locked up. The balls were slightly oversized!

I have a mate that bought balls from mb and they too were oversized.
