आपके चैनल से मुझे बहुत फायदा हुआ मैंने खाने पीने के मामले अपनी पूरी दिनचर्या बदल दी, पिछले 10 सालों से मैं सुबह के नाश्ते में चाय या काफ़ी के साथ ब्रेड, रस्क, बिस्किट या नमकीन लेता था फिर शाम को भी वही लेकिन ये चैनल देखने के बाद मैंने अपने आहार में बदलाव किया और अब बहुत अच्छा महसूस कर रहा हूं।

@Ghost-q9v bhai hostel me milta h and 6 months ka mess fee 35k hai and ek sal ka 70k mess fee.. khana sahi hi deta h but muje suit nhi karta mess ka khana... aur abhi college me company aa rhi h daily 2-3 company aati h job offer dekar jati h to bas mera bhi lag jayega ummid h then khana to phir sahi ss khaynege...

My breakfast routine from past 2 weeks : 1. Soak almonds 2. Soak black raisins 3. Soak Dates 4. Soak Oats 40 gm + green peas protein 24 gm + 200 ml water (pre requisite - Hand Grinder ) 5. Eat Two whole boiled eggs. Preparation at night. No cooking required.

Break fast meaning is break the fast of night. 1 Avoid chai and rusk or biscuit Instead eat paneer bhurji and roti. And peanut and banana or soaked (fermented)curd rice or soaked dry fruits, or seasonal fruits 2 Avoid nutralite instead use fresh limited butter 3 Avoid packed oats and chocos instead use steel cut oats or chocolate oat meal or chilla If you don't take breakfast then directly take brunch if you do intermittent fasting. Sattu with basi rice ( my all time favourite) Poha ka pulau in south or Bengali style (Take 10 mins) Oats / puffed rice + milk + bannana + dates Bannana + peanut butter + almond / kaju shake ( so delicious) Soaked kabuli chana chaat Besan chila + masala curd / cucumber + coriander/ tomato chutney

I like your video very much I've learnt many things from your video,I really have my breakfast like a king,not eating all those food that you mentioned I enjoy sukha roti with butter and dahi,paratha,poha,millet with vegetables...I make my own rosemary oil with rosemary and coconut because I have my own rosemary plant my hair grow like crazy but I don't leave my hair long I feel better with my short hair because I have rheumatism problem so it's very difficult for me even to comb my hair especially morning time.God bless you dear 🙏
