Seems Poseidon is the Worst out of all Choices. God of the Seas should have a much bigger Impact with his Hero Powers. He should also be able to summon more Mythic Units out of the Water.

Very cool game! Never seen the water wall-off before, that was a fun mixup! I was surprized killuminati didn't build any huskarl when blue was full archer+prodromos. Is huskarl nerfed in retold, or am i missing something else?

it was just a misplay im pretty sure, you're right in that kiluminati kinda let him get away with a bit too much by just not building military, but the way he plays he might just be a bit of a turtle-y player.

Always strikes me as odd in these pro matches when the player scouts the enemy going triple stables and then doesn't train the dedicated counter cavalry unit, like is that intentional? Surely those would be better to train than Hersirs in this situation

There is no "ch" like "church" sound in greek language. Ch always should be pronounced like "k". Like in Chemestry and Mechanical. Yes, they are greek words.

The word church is derived from Old English cirice, 'place of assemblage set aside for Christian worship', from the Proto-Germanic kirika. The problem is that it is a beta and they still don't know how to use the new bonuses, for example, against Nordics you should always go with Ares because it gives you hispaspistas in the classic age and also a kind of ballistics by making the arrows of the toxotes faster , so here it was better to go Ares, take out the technology of hispaspistas and toxotes as well as hoplites to defend yourself. Also don't place the second spring and the Nordic bag 3, losing the water being Poseidon is not a good idea.

how do you deal with water myth units? is there a hero unit for water?

Poseidon has the Argo, the only hero ship in the game. Otherwise, other water myth units are your best bet. Ranged land heroes also, assuming they are close enough to the shore to attack.

@@mahmoudmanasrah7827 just depends if you see yourself playing the game a year down the line really, you get access to the first 2 dlc's for free if you buy premium edition along with some other stuff, but there's no difference between buying the normal edition now and buying it after release or on sale.
