in the case of this Genji it was a whole third option : He was overextending but 1. nobody except Fitzy was trying to shoot at this dude 2. his weaver was sucking his ass so much he managed to balance his bad positionning and made him survive a lot Then the Sym on Fitzy’s team activated her brain and began to counter him which resulted in Genji dying on repeat because he indeed was overextending

bc the backline was unkillable for a Sombra imo, Ana-Weaver is strong and there isn’t a lot of escape behind. He tried once to harass them and got killed imediatly so… On the first point I think Fitzy wanted to destroy the shield, make the tank low and then target supports bc they would have to throw their abilities on Sig and eventualy be easier to kill
