Oh Kevin! I harvested basil from my tiny porch garden today and made 2 batches of pesto. I was thinking of you as I tasted it and made yummy sounds! After I cleaned up, I sat down to see if there was a new video from you. And there you are making pesto! Also, I just found a delicious dairy free Brie at my local health food store! Interesting fact - for those people that have stomach issues with garlic & onions, like my husband; garlic scapes & the green part only of scallions will not upset the stomach. So many recipes call for garlic & onions. These are a fantastic replacement. Thank you Kevin for giving us a great garlic scape recipe.

Looks like a party! Kevin, I don't think you can improve on that menu. It's perfect! I love everything about it. Table setting too. I wonder if you can bring it on a cocktail party picnic? Why not? It all works for me. You even gave a suggestion for those who are afraid of goat cheese. Yay! I am a fan of stuffed mushrooms, and this recipe looks delicious! I have all the ingredients except the cranberry juice and lime. I think you put in just the right amount of vodka, or wodka as you say. I call it wodka too sometimes. Kind of a nickname. Who would not be happy at this party? I'm not as good at putting on dinner parties these days as I used to be, but I think I can handle a cocktail party menu like this.
