I didn't know about the contacts and kidney transplant, I don't remember if I knew about the parasitic twin, but I knew about the medical school and Wumpa allergy.

The fact that Cortex is allergic to wumpa fruit never made sense to me, because in Crash 4,Nitro Kart, CTR, Tag team, and Twinsanity(which are all canon). Cortex collexts them, but your theory of him only being allergic when he ates them only makes sense, and fixes counitinity issues. And in most of the games, we only see him collect them, never eat them. He probably just gives them away to Crash and Friends or use them for machine power.

Wumpa Allergy - eat not touch, in Games where you play as him he collects them, maybe gives them to Crash who eats them explaining why lives are the same over characters Contact Lenses - the Cut 10th Dimension Cortex wears Glasses so 1 of the choices different in that Dimension is Glasses instead of Contacts Clone Eyes - Cortex might have been born with bad eyes & thus unable to clone good eyes as they were always that way Nina - I like that idea that Parasitic Twin is Father Cortex's Brother - don't remember why I feel this but Twinsanity's end-credits Therapist? - funny that the Parasitic Twin is a good person, role-reversal of the cliché

Wait wait wait, so, Cortex has clones somewhere in the castle that he uses for organ transplants. And in Crash 4 he accuses his future self of being an imposter... Sooo maybe something like that has already happened where a clone would try to impersonate Cortex and thus it feels totally believable that this time traveller is just another clone.

If we’re referring to Parasitic Twin as father of Nina, then that means Neo got the poontang and the mother either didn’t know it was him, had an affair with Neo or withheld who Nina’s real father actually is from her husband. If either of the last two is the case, it means Nina’s an affair child and the truth must be that damaging to where Neo had to quickly swerve to niece in Crash and Aku-Aku’s presence in Twinsanity. Although that raises questions regarding the parenting of Nina and what they know. Are they aware that Neo gave her those bionic hands or not? If so, are they that negligent to where Neo is a more present adult figure to her? Is the Parasitic Twin actually a lawyer for Activision and Bandai? We never hear her speak or make reference about her mother. Something tells me she doesn’t have a good relationship with her... I wonder if the clone line is an inside joke to Cortex Chaos where one of the ideas did involve clones of Cortex or a reference to the scrapped Ripper Roo clones from 1. CTTR would have been brainstormed the same time the above game was being conceived. But most importantly; how do we fit in his Vietnam War services into all of this from his Da Nang line from CTTR? Is his hatred of mankind as justified as Magneto’s is for WWII because Neo saw firsthand the Heart of Darkness?
