Five Immortals Temple [AMAZING FOOTAGE]

The Five Immortals Wudang Temple is located in the Wudang Mountain Range, China. It is on the westerly edge of the range on a peak called “Heavenly Horse”. A mountain fortress was piled 1000 years ago in a time of war, and the place was known as “the sanctuary”. The people retreated here and were protected by five wise sages later referred to as Five Immortals. The temple has existed in many forms on this mountain peak ever since.

This page has been created by students of the Temple who wish to contribute to the continuity of Daoist practices and teachings on the Wudang Mountain. All of the teachings mentioned in the content of this website are taught in full at the temple by the residing abbot. All proceeds from student fees are used to meet the basic needs of residing Daoists and to maintain and develop the temple. Any excess is distributed by the abbot to local people in need of charity. It is our hope that more people may come to this sacred place to share in the many wisdoms being imparted by Abbot Li Shifu and to cultivate a deeper understanding of the nature of the Self.

@@twojadrogadao Already did that, thank you. Facebook is the only way for me to communicate with distant people and some martial arts schools I've been negotiating with are active there too. Sent an email to Five Immortals Temple, since I'd like to learn more about long-term studying and living there. Interesting times.
