This was great! I really enjoyed the song, and the instrumental variations, but the added vocals really brought it together. I think the uke sounds lovely as a stand alone instrument, but I picture it really shining while singing songs with friends, maybe around the campfire. Really nice video.

I like the finger picking section of the song the best. It was also really great that your wife, Maria joined you for this video too. I have been playing the concert ukulele and my thumb sounds too pianissimo when my fingers are sounding mezzoforte. Think I need a new thumb! Even though I play the concert ukulele , I play it verticle because my hands are so small, this could be why my thumb sounds tò quiet when picking. High G, strings are Black Aquila Lava.

Per quanto riguarda le varie tecniche di accompagnamento opterei per una combinazione di almeno tre (per le parti A B A), cosi per rendere al brano un po di sviluppo. Complimenti alla bellissima e bravissima Maria con la sua voce dolce, morbida, intonata ed espressiva 🥰! Per noi donne il brano si dovrebbe probabilmente trasportare in Do o Si bemolle cosi per permettere un po di mix/petto e una parte B senza impiccarsi 🤣!

How lovely to meet your wife! And interesting to see all the different possibilities. I like the arpeggio best, but maybe one with two notes at the top of the chord. But also, while I appreciate the simplicity of the key of F, D would probably be easier to sing. Also, a low G would give a singer better support. Good going, Maria! 👍🏻
