Balcony is not spacious enough. Those are hardly standing balconies. No proper dry area. Mention prices as well.

The idea of combining a lounge and bedroom is not appealing; it seems inappropriate to label an open space as a second bedroom. The bathrooms are small, and the kitchen size is insufficient.
