The villa has a nice layout and some pros but too many flaws....first concern is security...especially the backside....secondly a diesel genset is neither eco or pocket friendly.... The lawns need landscaping n upkeep ....the decor is too eclectic....stained glass mixed with rajasthani doors ! Portugese tiles mixed with inlay work ....the film posters are totally out of place ...can't even call it kistch ! Total wastage of space especially in the upper floor bedrooms ....is it a gym or library ....the villa has so many rooms and annexes .....designated areas for library gym media room could have been created....the uphostery in the furniture is too tacky....so much potential in the villa .....totally wasted ! Owner needs to hire a good designer to give it colonial or Portugese villa look !

This Villa is designed for young people. The Chairs, Bathroom, Stairs etc. wudnt be comfortable & safe for an older person. Also the colors used especially in the kitchen & Bedroom gives Bates Motel kinda feel, overall this Princes Villa is not my dream house 🥴
