As a father to a marine myself , and who’s also based out of California, gave me a scare when I heard about this, can’t imagine what their parents/ loved ones are going through, my prayers going out to them, our military doesn’t get the attention they deserve, they should be getting the same pay as a pro athlete, and the same attention, we live in a backwards world… thanks to all the men and women that sacrifice their time and ultimately their lives, can’t thank you enough, God bless every one of you

The first guy on this was a dear friend of myne i played football with him and wrestling he was a very good person strong kind hearted hell of a fucking football player and a shity wrestler lol I love ya Ben I wish I could have spent more time with you I still remember when we would play airsoft and you were to fucking stubborn to were eye protection and then when you finally took one to the eye my boy still would be out there no glasses you are a brave son of a gun and God dam was America lucky to have you protecting us and am I proud to be able to say your a friend of mine love ya capt. So very very sad. God took them home way too early. But the loss seems so unnecessary. This needs to be a lesson. Our military needs to take more care about our soldiers lives when putting their lives in dangerous conditions it should not. This should have been recognized as unsafe for more than one reason. Late at night and then in terrible storm conditions. Not being monitored on radar or radio at all. It is so sad. No one even knew what happened because of this. Weather conditions for flight are supposed to be checked. Advisory to not fly should be listened to. And maybe a different path should have been flown. One less dangerous. Any way I hope the military learns to take more care of the lives of our soldiers in their command.
