great choices on removing screws from Mortise cylinders. There are certainly a few ways to defeat a stripped screw. Educational Jeff. Thanks for the tips.

Thanks Glenn in fact me and Dan used the punch method on two flat screws on two different mortise cyls at a hospital just last week

To your credit you did successfully show me how to use the Honda roll pin kit. 📌 I might have got lucky though the pin came out like butter.

If you don't get the roll pin out the last method is to get the shear off bolts out and the punch always works and yes the roll pin fell out on the Honda we where working on this has actually happened a couple of times since for me. You should check out my new Lishi Accessory Video 20

great content from you . good job. I have the 6th way here, use phlip screw driver, use a hammer hit it to shock the screw , come out 95% of the time, if not, then I use dremel way.
