Final Video on Picking BE 365 and my finished Lishi Accessory using a Lishi to pick this lock makes sense as you can read it once picked. The accessory I designed takes the struggle away from the job as you do not need three hands and gives you great feel.

Last night I had a lock out only door in was A Schlage BE 365 last night tried to pick with my Cronos hand picks BUT MY LISHI ACCESSORY WORKED WAS AMAZING

Sounds like a great tool. Have you thought of just putting a strip of duct tape to stop the knob from turning until you pick the core like a normal lock? Then, once picked, remove the duct tape so the knob turns.

Thanks for your comments no I normally do not have tape with me it might work the only thing you would have to clean the adessive from the tape off and if it gives at all it would ruin your feel of a false set ect. have you picked a wieser beverly with your hand no tension wrench ? If you have you will know how well you can feel these locks have 4 spool drivers out of five.

I was thinking the same thing, a short strip of tape (masking tape) or 2 will probably lock it solid with no movement. I have installed a few of these, but never had to pick, they would be challenging!

I used packing tape and hook picked counter clockwise...it worked great , but not sure if it's an additional item to be packing around

Thanks I actually did 4 years in machine shop in High School 2 of my senior years was 1/2 my day then when I left High School I spent over two years as a apprentice Machinist. The reason I have ruled that out it would raise the cost so high it would not be worth it they cast those parts which makes it easy and very cheap to produce the machining would require about 4 different processes lathe, milling, machine, drilling, taping and that is just the collar.
