*I have been on the Anti -Inflammation Meals plan for 3 months now and definitely feel better. When you have being diagnosed with Endometriosis the main thing you need to do is to adjust your Nutritions & eliminate all this foods that potentially can cause an extra pain from the inflammation of the body.
Today I'm coocking:
*Roast pepper, Couscous & Lacto free cheese
Roasted seasoning sweet potatoes
For Anti inflammation is a must to make sure that the cooking is either roasting, backing or boil.
