nah it isn't. there are legit moves that work that high level black belts use to submit people he said not to do. the best and most obvious example is the last one. there are some guard passes that involve stacking in and grabbing the head like that inside guard that even rodger gracie uses.

I’m a white belt and I’m really tall and lengthy and everytime someone tried to pass my guard and puts one arm in first I shoot and triangle works everytime stop exposing my secrets professor 😂

5 is so wrong I've head and armed so many ppl in guard. I say do what works for you. Any good jiu-jitsu student takes the lesson and adjusts it to their style.

I have literally subbed black belts breaking half these rules. Rules are for people who can't think rationally. mimoto masashi was great because he did the unexpected and broke the rules.
