If it hasn't already been brought up, you should do the other end of the spectrum (pun intended) and do the 5 heroes to avoid playing when starting.

Yep I think that’s the next one to do

Whoever is calling the highest card of the discard pile "the bottom" is just making excuses for wanting to take a card that isn't an option😒. I have never heard anyone confuse "top" and "bottom" (giggity) of a deck or pile before

Like 2 years ago this was a monthly argument on Reddit haha

@@D20WoodworkingHow am I not shocked? Agree with @LSUpriceless7 this is not an issue

They were definitely just trying to let themselves pick the card they wanted 😂 Starktower basically does same thing and no one has ever taken the lowest tech upgrade from discard pile 😂

Another good video, especially with folks getting into the game.

RE: Iceman: You are correct, you can't recover if you haven't lost any hit points, but with his obligation, all you have to do is play a frostbite, take the damage and then you're ready to recover. Also remember that you take the damage any time you play a frostbite, even if it's thru a card effect, not just from playing it thru a basic action, so you can play a card that plays frostbite, take the damage, and flip down a recover if you are still ready. Honestly, his obligation is not that bad, you can get his hit points pretty high and he doesn't usually take that much damage normally (especially in protection), so I'm usually not in a hurry to remove it, I'll leave it on for a few rounds, then flip down & remove it when it's convenient. Enjoying the videos!

Yup definitely wanted this video. Also want to bump a suggestion from last time. Best Precon heros with suggestions to tweak the precon to help get you started in deck building.

Yep that’s on the list!

Here’s an idea. What card do you look at when you use Pepper Potts ability? Go with the opposite of that. When you said controversy j thought you would say it was about if you got to decide between the bottom most thwart and the bottom most attack.

Yeah, I can see Gamora & Miles in the "2nd 5". They have some good "timing & matched-triggers" which are good for learning. Miles is a very solid all-rounder and quite forgiving with 2 (possibly recurring) quick flips into AE. I would have to add, that Storm is prob only a good (fairly) early character to learn IF you are playing 1Up (and maybe 2Up). At 3-4 she is a tough ask to know when to swap to what, as the table wants different things. Not to mention that when you flip to AE - and it is still active - that you can't change it until your next turn when you can flip back to Hero, so it is stuck until then. But she is great for "Timing & Order of things". Ah, you added a quick mention of playing her in higher player counts towards the end of Storm chat. :)

Storm would be one of my last choices, especially in multiplayer. A new player will get overwhelmed with experienced players wanting to alpha-game the weather deck for both controlling the board and preventing strategic blunders.

I was quite surprised by this pick. For me Storm is definitely in the last 5 heroes a new player should try.

I need a video of the hero and villain you would choose for your worst enemy whose starting this game 😂 Greg - “hey, I’m interested in this game, who should I play as and who should I go against ?” Then you remember that time Greg ate your lunch sandwich at work a few days back…
