I told a couple of foreigners smoking right outside the Bangalore airport entrance not to smoke and showed them the smoking zone( I am a smoker myself) and the look I got was so embarassing. It was like because we are called a 3rd world country, anyone can do anything they want. Being 3rd world is in their eyes and not having large buildings.Even police when asked, smiled saying they are foreigners and they don't want to be rude to them

6:06 I am Hindu Indian. I was once visiting a Mount Mary Church its in Bandra, Mumbai. And there was a Christian Missionary standing and forcing me to take Bible. I politely refused not because I am Hindu, but because I genuinely didn't have time to read it. He was so consistent that i had to take the bible from him. Then he started telling me about Jesus and a lot of other things. I carefully and attentively heard everything that he said and then I pointed out certain similarities and started telling him about Sanatan Dharma and what he did was he simply walked off!

I also went to Church during Christmas. Because I really enjoy seeing how well lit churches are during Christmas and the pastor came to me started saying that how Jesus was the only way of life! And how one can only achieve salvation by being a Christian and all that stuff! I don't hate Christianity. I feel Jesus was very kind and compassionate! If you go to a Hindu temple. I don't think so the priest would explain how Hinduism is the only way, or how Hinduism is the best and all that stuff! There might be some Hindus who do that!! But I still feel most of the Hindus are pretty respectful.

And third there is sea around it so its really beautiful visiting here.

Now a days Christan missionaries are more active in india &Nepal every day they convert many people's specially in villages in the of charity it's not good
@VS-ls2mi
@VS-ls2mi 4 жыл бұрын
Not just that, they even sometimes teach them weird rules which could never have been real...I've personally noticed it. There were some Christians in my class who would be rude to Hindus and Muslims even when everyone was nice to them. They would be very dismissive and patronizing and state that some other religious activity is wrong because the Bible specifically said so...which is impossible. Too specific. So I guess missionaries are filling their heads with nonsense rules according to the specific area which are not real Christian rules. This just adds unnecessary friction between people in the same community....

I understand...we respect all religions...it's those who make a business out of it is who we dislike. A religion should always be a person's spiritual choice. Not a business transaction. Unfortunately, the thing mentioned above is very true in my area. I have a friend from very poor Hindu background stumbling through life now cluelessly because she has no idea of her spiritual calling so to speak. She has not much idea of actual christianity but weird notions of other religions. Some members of her family converted her for business. It's a sad reality. Now she is totally confused.
@basuroysucharita

That is actually a sad reality..people who call themselves Christians but doesn't have a clue about what Christianity really is..I can try to talk to your friend and help her out..only if you are ok with it..and if she is ok with it..you can ping me on messanger if you want..I go by the same name there...

@@basuroysucharita Thanks but unfortunately, she got forced into marriage by her parents to a Hindu guy in her village few months back by sheer trickery and this can mess up her safety (her city relatives converted her with whom she grew up). Poor girl, her whole life is a confusion and transaction by her own relatives😑🙏🏻. I come from mixed cultural family and was given a choice at 16 yrs for religion...I chose Sikhism...so it upsets me a lot when other's spiritual and basic rights are made into a business. Despite not being a Christian, I still remind her of some Christian philosophies which she respected before so that she has a sense of normalcy. I believe no matter which religion, everyone deserves the peace and sense of belonging with God.

Funny that you think Indians are "Hindus" inherently while our history shows that Jainism was more prevalent in ancient period and Hindu Kings persecuted and killed countless Jains and forced conversion to the patronage of Hindu religion. Buddhist monks were persecuted too and fled the country to keep their lives. Keep feeding false information to our citizens and foreigners, that's the only way you can justify your superiority over other religion in our country and continue your persecution of minorities.

And also the recent incident of how a famous white American KZbinr adopted a Chinese boy suffering from autism. And after keeping the boy with her for like 2 to 3 years she just gave him back?? Like what? Does she even realize that what kind of horrible trauma that boy must go through when he realizes that his apodtive parents disowned him??? And raising someone with autism is a very big responsibility!! Because the child will require extreme care! And also a lot of patience goes in to do that!! You can't just always play the victim!! She made a apology video. And she was just basically playing the victim in that video!! Like just I don't get these people!! And I am not generalizing here at all!! So please take no offence!!

You have missed a lot in that case. Such things are usually reported in 6th or 8th page of the Newspaper. There were cases where they harvested organs "in transit". Now imagine that. After lots of cases, countries like the UK and US have strengthened their rules for Domestic Help borrowed from India. Usually adopted kids used to be shown on paper as domestic maids or helpers.

At 5:00 in the video it is spoken that some person had gone to convert an isolated tribe of India. I consider that when you convert any indegenious tribal or non-tribal persons any where on earth , you destroy his culture, his heritage, his divergent beliefs in his God's. In short the person who converts is doing a cultural genocide as the converted person and his future converted generations would be hating their ancestral culture, their heritage, their local language, clothes , ancestors, foods and God's, ancient scriptures and much more. In short the person who does this is responsible for exterminating a diversity of speicy of culture permanently. It's like what would happen to the world if we had just coconut tree plantation and no other tree on earth or if we had only rose plant in the world and no other flower plant.

8:41 recently a KZbin family vlogging channel gave up their adopted son! I honestly feel its a trend to adopt kids so that they can start a youtube channel and earn. I feel bad for the adopted kids. I am not talking about the Miller Family! They are really good to their adopted kids.

It was recently in the news if you remember, Americans adopt little kids from India but when they become young teenagers, they just leave them to avoid dealing with regular teenager problems. What kind of mentality is that? Keep little kids for entertainment but discard them when they are old enough to get a mind of their own ☹️.

In India giving of tips is totally foreign. No one tips the taxi driver, delivery guy or the waiter serving you in a restaurant. I have heard stories that a couple of decades ago when foreigners or Indians born abroad would try to tip small shopkeepers they used to refuse the tip. Both parties remained confused. The shop keeper would be offended that "he's give me extra money coz he's having pity on me like i m a beggar" and the foreigner would think that he's tip is refused coz its very little or he has somehow offended the shop keeper. The thing is tipping people is not at all common in India except the tourism sector or restaurants. Even now it is common to not leave anything for the waiter. Indians think why tips when it is his job. Infact if someone returns a lost wallet and is offered a tip its likely to offend him. Foreigners are exempted from this as "they are weird". Yes tipping is slowly gaining social acceptance. But you are still bound to find some who will be offended if tipped most likely villagers.

@@IndiRossi That's the difference between American and Indian society. If i had to do a certain job for you then I'm already being paid for the work. So i wouldn't be expecting a tip. That's the way things are here. I was watching a video on KZbin where this girl from finland dropped her bag on a highway while on a bike trip with her boyfriend. When she realized the bag was missing they took a u turn after maybe 15 km or so she saw her bag on a pile of rocks near a dilapidated house on the highway. Her cash, credit cards, camera, traveller checks and passport everything was accounted for. She went to the house found an old lady with a girl of around ten. She started to thank her in maybe english but the old lady couldn't understand. Any way they made do with signs n all then she took out some bills to tip her but the old woman was horrified at the gesture. Anyways the finish couple ended up having dinner with the full family. And this happened in the middle of nowhere. There wasn't a town within miles.

The main purpose of life is to be happy. But normally people do not give much importance to this. They spend whole life to buy more and more comforts for this physical body. (But the body feels better by doing more physical work.) And then we want to make this physical body more powerful and to achieve that we do not feel shy to eat animals. Even if we are successful in making body powerful but mentally we are sad, then we have lost the whole game. But most of us do not give a damn about body also and we are mad after increasing our bank balance at any cost. This is very interesting. The real enjoyments of life are very very different and to achieve those, the paths are also very very strange.

As a Hindu, we have been friendly and open to people from every other religions and have respect for them and their religions but many christian missionaries they reach out to hindus and ask them questions like, ‘why do you consider cows as your mother (of course in an insulting way)’ or ‘why do you have so many gods’, and ‘see us, we have one god, jesus’ - ultimately making any non-christian / muslim angry and then they come out in the media saying how bad hindus are. These are based on real even i faced.
