regarding the older dungeons recurring for M+, you can always enter them on mythic setting where you are way OP and calming view the fights, absorbing the attacks easily and watching the mechanics.

I am on the other side of the spectrum, I have recently begun dabbling with my Evoker in LFR content and have been having a blast 😁 I think half of my enjoyment has been the addition of dynamic flight and being able to leap up into it and fly around on your own wings - it's so much more fun than just the act of describing it would suggest.

Maybe I'm the only one, but I will dearly miss the Companion app. I've used it for years to do Boralus missions and to finish up the Covenant missions (the way those missions are, is hard to start correctly on the app.) It's been a great way to get Pet Charms, and I've often done it while on break at work or short moments maybe before work. These are times that are often not used, and being able to get a few WoW things done in those downtimes have been really useful. It's also been a great way to communicate with guild when I can't be there. A few times, when I was in the next state visiting my mom, I could get on the app and say HI and see what's going on in guild. It's a small thing, but it's been great. I wish it wasn't going away. I don't use it for AH but I can see people liking that as well.

Agree on the legendaries. They’ve become so ubiquitous that the acquisition process is just tedious and irritating. I got it on my evoker but for season 3 I decided that my warrior would not chase its legendary.

They also seem to reduce the effectiveness of classes who are EXPECTED to acquire a legendary, making them feel bad to play when you are simply unlucky or eventually broke from gearing 7 alts in SL... I'm super over legendaries and honestly am feeling less than enchanted by borrowed power from set bonuses that are destined to get removed. I have a lot more fun with random silly equip effects that may have a fun interaction with my class/spec abilities and the trinkets and weapons that are more than just stat sticks. Honestly, they could remove stats from the game and just give us fun effects and I would be happier, but the tediously and nearly impossible 'legendaries' that eat away at our happiness, bank space, and wallets are far too much anymore for sure.

as long as it is LFR level difficulty and loot quality, this would be fine. otherwise obviously no because endgame content shouldn't be invalidated by singleplayer activities in that it yields the same ilvl of gear since it's a lot easier to play with bots than with other people. I think dungeons might be enough for the purpose of giving people their safe space to try out new things in a PvE environment. what are you hoping to additionally gain from follower raids? raids are pretty much just bigger and more difficult dungeons.

11:20 legendaries really should be a guild thing: something you drop the design for, work together towards to, and ultimately that can be assigned temporarily to a player of the proper class/spec for the raid night. Guilds should be able to prioritize the legendary they need first and then strategize about which legendary to use in raid, depending on their own strengths and weaknesses.

Regarding special drops in raids for specific classes: you could always do what I did once upon a time in MC. Every time that stupid item came out of the chest for the priest weapon i politely declined...until I finally had to tell my friend/GM that I wasn't that kind of healer =D I needed SoD because my heals relied on crit.

I can understand that maybe they wouldn't really have much to announce at a 2024 Blizzcon (perhaps the Diablo 4 expansion won't be ready to announce yet, it would be too soon to talk about the next WoW expansion, and Overwatch, HotS, and StarCraft are all kinda dead, though they could announce a new hearthstone expansion), but it just seems crazy to me that they're not having a Blizzcon for the 30th anniversary of Warcraft and the 20th anniversary of WoW.

Historically the best end-of-expansion gear is replaced around halfway through the next expansion's leveling process. There's typically also been near-effortless almost-as-good gear given out in the pre-patch period as part of some promotional event; and initial quest rewards that are easily sufficient if not quite as good. So as with many things in WoW, the answer is "do it if you're enjoying it."

I never knew what to use spark I thought it was some crafting thing that you could make alternate in case you did not get a drop in a dungeon if you need a weapon or a pair of legs or something like that .

It would be great to see follower dungeons go back to old content. Final Fantasy is currently, slowly, going back to old Xpacs to include their version of follow dungeons for story dungeons. Hope WoW follows suit.

There shouldn’t be any time limit on any rewards. You should get the full spark whether you have time to raid this week or the next. Wow needs to look at the season progression model for individuals to complete as they go at their own pace. This stuff always happens on weeks I can’t play. ALWAYS!

Question! With the growing numbers of players joining raids to need on gear and then demand gold intrade for that item from a lower geared player. Should blizz add personal loot to raids again or should they shut down cross realm gold trading. Because atm players are not showing that we can have nice things without treating each other bad

I like the follower dungeons, but the dps ones could use a boost - trying to learn to tank in a follower dungeon is SUPER slow because they do worse than tank dps.

I have nowhere near 60 alts so I wasn't really looking for 5 extra, but hey, thx Blizz! I also think it's awesome that we're getting a whole event based on levelling alts, as well as all sorts of buffs and goodies to level alts even faster in WW. But what is the point of it all if they don't add any new class/race combo's?? It's been 20 years, so any available combo I liked, I've already done by now. Bullions have apparently an increasing cap of +1 per week. So next week it’s 2, in w3 it’s 3 etc.. so you don’t NEED to get them now “allegedly”. You can get two next week, wait two weeks and then get two again.

Agree re legendaries...It took 65+ kills (stopped counting at 65) across all raid levels (excl Mythic) for me to get the Sylvanas bow on my main! By the time I got it, the season was over & a few of us were just mount/mog farming so there was no real "magic-happy" moment. I hate how they do this with leggos now. I've never really had a "lucky" toon which is just the way it works for some people but this became frustrating and actually made me feel angry which is not what you want from a game that I've always played for years (vanilla days) because it's fun & enjoyable. I'm over the whole bow thing now.....or am I? LOL

I have a question and not sure if a blue post addressed this or not, but since the remix is still retail and you can make an evoker…how will that work once it ends? Currently you are only allowed 1 evoker per server…so after it ends, are you just not able to transfer that new evoker to your main server? Are you forced to put that new evoker on a realm that you’ll likely not play or will they allow more than 1 evoker per realm?

The way that I heard it, is that you can’t make an Evoker if you already have one on your normal server

@@Dreyfusxano I did some more digging on the forums and, although there isn't a definitive answer, the wording blizzard used seems to suggest that is the case. I think that's extremely poor design. They already intend to do away with the restriction as they did with DK and DH, so why not just implement it now? It seems entirely unfair to force players into having to choose between playing with their friends and playing a class they enjoy. No one could have forseen this event taking place 2 whole years ago, so anyone who made an evoker in the last 2 years is just out of luck? That feels wrong to me. I'm not a fan of arbitrary gating.

They probably don't have a major release that would make it worth having a Blizzcon. With TWW releasing this year, and the expac for D4 already announced, that would be the only thing that could headline a Blizzcon, since OW2 is so dead it is glue. That wouldn't make it worth it for such an expensive endeavor. They are probably mid development of the next big game, and much like Titan, they probably don't want to announce it until it is much closer to release. I suspect they will switch to the Fanfest style of event, making them only happen before major releases, so when they have a new expac for WoW, or a big new game, they will pop one out. I think they won't even have one for the second D4 expac unless the Gearing 2.0 and all the other updates actually do well, like D3's major update fixed the game and allowed Reaper of Souls to be a good partial headliner.

With Follower Dungeons and "Being shy and want to learn them, by myself." You come a long way by saying in chat that "hey I am new and don't know what I am doing." Instantly, most set the bar lower, waaaaay lower. That is of course if you aren't aiming for keys and difficult content. Low end content is made for this, ESPECIALLY levelling. Which is probably where you should be learning..

Blizz's creators are getting, have been getting very LAZY. They have stolen follower dungens, the UI edit feature and a multitude of other things from Final Fantasy rather than use their brains and come up with new things for the game themselves. No Blizz Con just follows suit on the laziness :(.
