I was just about to comment on that. Why is 'dad' now hiding himself on day 3 when mom hasn't picked up on anything before this point. I refuse to believe this idea that Golden Bonnie is just 'hiding' himself from everyone besides Oswald. Like is GoldBonnie having sex with mom at night to keep up his cover? And doing all the household chores that dad usually does? If Golden Bonnie wants to kill Oswald, why did he take Oswald home on the first night? He guided Oswald by the hand inside the home, then proceeds to scream and chase Oz to his death? Ey? This has got to be a nightmare/hallucination and it's annoying that Oswald hasn't figured it out but I guess that's how dreams work when they're yours.

This was explained in the short story the games based off. Pretty much, there's a frequency SB (Spring Bonnie) can use to confuse peoples senses, allowing him to blend in the way he does. It's a great read, book title is Fazbear Frights #1, into the pit. It would be interesting to see if the other short stories also get turned into games, particularly Fetch.

Mark! Someone talked about the 3 secret mini games in another comment (clicking the candy machine a bunch of times, calling Oswald's mom while in the past, using the prize machine while in the past) and I wanted to elaborate on it. These are only available on Night 5 (minus the prize machine). The candy machine clicks will take a hot minute, also--I think it's around or over 90 clicks. I also heard that calling Oswald's mom while in the past works right before ending the game (~last 30 minutes of playthrough) and not in other places. If you unlock all of these, you'll get a good ending. If you also find this photograph of two scratched out figures (William and Henry), by collecting all of Oswald's dad's items, you'll get another ending. Good luck!

Wrong about the prize machine. Night 5 is the only night that you can't use it (it's knocked over to reveal the secret room). As long as you've used 4 vouchers in either the past or present (one for the game machine, 3 for stickers), then the next voucher you use in the past will unlock the Fetch minigame. It's like 96 candy machine interactions for the Count the Ways minigame, and you're correct about the To Be Beautiful one (calling mom on night 5). Also, in regards to the photo, you have to collect all 5 of the dad-related items throughout the pizzeria in the past for it to spawn outside of the vent in the party room. The good ending requires both the photo and the 3 secret minigames. You also got the endings mixed up: the photo-only ending is 2 stars, but the one with the secret minigames is 3.

None of this Canon, because in the book "Into the pit" there is literally a ballpit with time traveling capabilities, but the metaphors can still apply parallel to the story.

the bit in the beginning about the agony creature needing a friend honestly could be a reflection of how ALONE william felt. he lost his son and his daughter to his own machines, his life’s work, his best friend suddenly started distancing himself, his wife either went blind (ballora) or just died, and his only other surviving family member, his eldest son, is THE REASON his other son is dead. he felt that he had truly fucked up in life, and so he went mad, killing his best friend’s daughter, trying to bring his son back to life. who knows
