I believe in a synergistic harmony between western and eastern medicine. It's a combination of the two that makes us healthy.

Very instructive. These are important messages for staying healthy physically and mentally. We need this kind of knowledge in our society. I wish they could teach us this in school. Not everyone has a QiGong master as a father. Thanks for opening our awareness 🙂🙏

I once told my social worker D>H> about the TCM concept of the lungs, I told her they believe the lungs start with the nose . She told me leave the politics out of it., lungs are lungs.I took her advice to please her and I came down with Afib 4 years later..

Very well explained in a way that the English speaking world would understand. I have friends with digestive issues and constipations. They ate salad and yogurt for breakfast. I tried to tell them their system is too 'yin' and they need food like porridge and hot noodle soups and not salads 🤣. They still hv constipation and later even often get reflux.

This is amazing! My question comes from desperation, I have been having hot flashes for over 16 years. I’ve tried everything! Does this mean that my body is hot and I should be eating hot foods?
@Richard-lk7cu3 жыл бұрын
Make an appointment with traditional Chinese doctor might be better. Try to eat hot food by themselves is not recommended:)

How would one know if their body system was hot or cold?
@HoldenQiGong Жыл бұрын
Hi Astra! Commonly in TCM, 'Excess Heat' can refer to conditions that manifest in things such as red eyes, nodebleeds, high blood pressure, anxiety, etc. While 'Cold' can refer to things such as sneezing, runny nose, itchiness, and coughing. These are some examples :)
