Dude, you are spot-on about both AOC and Getsy. I love AOC's quiet confidence and humility. HIs talents are being underrated because he doesn't look like a jock. I would bet that AOC is putting in serious work and that he's going to be very prepared for year 2. He's going to be better for the lessons he learned last year. He is now being groomed for QB1, like a first round pick would be. The Raiders NEED and want him to be THAT GUY. He has it in him (watch his Purdue tape; watch him shred Big 10 powerhouse defenses with much less talent on his team than the opponents). Now with the weapons he has around him and a defense that's looking scarier with each passing day, he is being set up to succeed. Much like Mahomes was set up to succeed when he became a starter. Its going to be great to see him quiet the naysayers.

I am by no means a raiders fan, but I definitely believe in AOC. For someone who only started 10 games this past season with 2200 passing yards, that’s impressive. Hypothetically if he started all 17 games he could’ve thrown for 3800 yards as a rookie. Cj stroud had 4100, will Levi’s had 1800. The future is bright for Raiders if AOC turns it up this upcoming season.

Hondo Carpenter from SI got a question from a fan asking where would AOC go in this years draft. He asked four NFL executives. He knows and have a proven track record with QBs 1. Clear Top ten pick this year. Maybe top 15 to be safe. He didn’t do some things last season. He did what was asked. 2. Can be a QB1. A no brainer for being picked at 13. 3. First round talent. 1 or maybe two ranked ahead of him this draft. 4. 2nd best Qb on his board.

I think Gardner Minshew is here as insurance in case AOC is not ready this year or in case of injury. I would be thrilled if AOC wins the starting job and shows real promise, especially with Minshew behind him because he can win games when called upon. AOC was in a really challenging situation last year. I would argue it was unprecedented. He didn’t shine, but he flashed. I’m hoping he improves greatly with a full off season and shows what he can really do. Love his character and toughness. Plus he has soooo many weapons now. Just win baby. 💪🏻

I think AOC can be great if he takes a few steps in this coming year but he must take those steps, it’s very cut throat in my opinion for the QB. I agree we have a top 10 defense but we must go out and do it again this year, one year of a solid defense could be a fluke but 2 years in a row is a pattern. I agree we have great weapons but we don’t have a top 10 o line in my opinion.

He will get smarter as he learns how to find other teams weaknesses. He’s a far cry better than jimmy G. He is showing up every day for voluntary practice. He is buying into A P’s system.

Saying the Raiders has the best supporting case in the league is a pretty rough take. A 31 year old Adam's is just holding onto "top 10 WR" in the league status, Meyers isn't the best WR2 in the league by a mile, White is likely not a better player than Jacobs, and Bowers is a rookie. That imo is at best the most average supporting cast in the League.

I’m sorry but did anyone else see what I saw last year? I keep seeing hella people talking about how “good” he’s going to be next year, but I’m sorry… I just don’t see it. There were so many games where he looked so lost in the sauce, barely made any completions in last half of games, and didn’t make any completions in the last half. I understand we couldn’t land a QB in the draft but AOC and Minshew are not the answer.

He’s a former walk-on so he’s always been a hard worker and he definitely could shock everybody, but the one nobody is talking about is Anthony Brown Jr and we’ll see a lot of him in preseason. I strongly believe Anthony Brown Jr beats out AOC by a long shot because of his diverse skillset. AOC isn’t a gifted passer, he’s just a hard worker, but I feel that Anthony Brown’s ability to scramble and bust a big run will put him ahead of AOC since they’re both just decent passers as of right now. Plus AB13 ran the same type of offense with the Ravens and has a year up on AOC

The kid was ok last year, but if someone hasn't thought that he can't taje in the pocket too long they will sacks his ass again and again. The games they lost was the weak offense, he is not good. He is a career backup but you stupid fans want to see something in a bumb.
