My mom was all about Pac-Man & Ms. Pac-Man. Before I was born my parents used to frequent the arcades. One night my mom won a Pac-Man tshirt for getting the high score that night! I remember the “How to win at Pac-Man” guide book being on our coffee table for years. To this day if we’re somewhere that has a cabinet she has to put at least a couple of quarters in for old times sake.

The only thing I've ever heard my mom say about video games was that she loved the arcade version of Millipede and she found it vastly superior to its predecessor Centipede.

Me and Tyler are like the same age. I think I’m a year older. And this channel brings back memories because my parents played games as well. Which is why I always had all the consoles. I think that’s the key. Cause a lot of my friends parents didn’t play games so they didn’t really care. They would buy their kids 1 console and a few games and my friends would have to beg for games because their parents didn’t care about video games too much.

The two easiest characters to beat Maniac Mansion with are Bernard and Jeff. Bernard can fix anything and Jeff can fix the telephone. I go for the Meteor Police ending. Once you know exactly what to do and when, you can beat it every time. My fastest time I think is about 43-44 minutes.

My mom didn't play games, but she always let me play a little back from school. I remember also that she never forgot to ask me if I want her to rent a game for me, when she went to videoclub to pick a movie. We only had one TV in my parents bedroom and she knew I loved my NES, so, she always made room for me having time to play on that single TV. She has always been so supportive with my passion for games, even today, being a grown man ha ha. God bless loving parents who encourage and support their children passion. My mom was addicted to a few games (Tetris, Pitfall, Mario) and it was always cool to see her having fun with them. It also made her realize how much they meant to me, so it wasn't too difficult to convince her to rent/buy more for us kids. 😃

My mother wasn’t a gamer by any means, but she absolutely hooked and obsessed with Tetris on the NES. Obsessed to the point we were not allowed to disturb her or make noise while she was trying to get the highest of scores on that game. She was good at it, she managed to get the castle to fly into the sky, something I could never do.

Man, I loved that Atari 2600 Pinball game, man, you have the coolest mom and family. I have family members that we shared thousands of hours playing video games together. I have this one cousin, who is 10 years younger than me, when he was 18, was so good at games, when I would get stuck, he would get past it, or even finish the game for me. He’s now 50, but we still love games.
