The previous owner kept it in the garage and he only bring it out to go fishing

My brother just got 2007 f150 lariat with only 125,000 miles it has a really clean interior. No body rust. All terrain tires with 80% tread. American Truck Nation you’ve got it wrong. The 6.0 is amazing without the bulletproofing, as long as you don’t put a hot tune on it, just leave it stock, and your 6.0 is good from the factory(I know it’s really hard to have a completely stock truck) and yes, I have had a 6.0, it’s my profile pic.

Found a ford 350 so many problems with it. I think it better to buy pre owned or new. So you have that warranty to fall on

Anyone looking to get a 3rd gen Ram should A, get an 05+, and B, NOT floor it in 4th or 5th gear on the highway. I've heard the trans can blow those gears if you do that too much. Instead, press the towing mode button on the shifter stalk to drop it down into 3rd, THEN floor it. The reason to get an 05+ is for tuning. 02's had the OLD engines (318 and 360), and the 03's you can't tune. 04's you can partially tune, but it's spotty. 05 and up have no problem. As far as cosmetics like custom lights go, the 08's use more CANBUS than previous models, so things like getting the turn signals not to "hyper flash" with LED's might be a touch more difficult, so I've heard. Also, the 06-08 (face lift models) have slightly nicer and more modern looking interiors. Though, I don't like the huge headlights as much, and ALL headlights with eyelids look kinda crappy. Messed up thing is I don't like the bubbles on the pre-facelift lights either... Once I get one of these again, I'm either gonna put flat lenses on a pre-facelift light with some retrofit projectors and stuff, or I'll literally add some sheet metal over the post-facelift headlights so they look better. That, or I'll just get a 2014 MY 4th gen for that sweet sweet 8-speed trans! Decisions, decisions...
