My FB profile is in professional mode, and I'm not being offered the ability to "create a new profile." When I got to "show all pages" it shows me all the pages, but the "create new profile" button is missing. Any advice? And yes, I have verified that the two other "profiles" that I can see in Professional mode are actually pages, not profiles. So this is weird...

be careful. I went and created what I think must have been a new account, with my other email address, because I followed some idiot's instructions, who said I must log out of my main profile and then create the new profile with a different email address. Now I am locked out of my main profile and I can't manage my business page. It is infuriating.

Jerry, I like this video, but there's a huge problem either with it or with my Facebook account! When I go through the first two or three steps that you show, nowhere in the dropdown does it say "create new profile". Facebook itself even says that I should do what you've said, but if I'm never given the opportunity to create a new profile, how do I proceed from there to get it done? Thanks.

Hi Jerry, Your video is helpful but I should have watched it earlier. Please help. I went and created another profile for myself, on my laptop, but used my other email address and a new password. (Stupidly) It created the new profile fine, but when I wanted to log back into my main profile, it is now inaccessible. I keep getting "wrong credentials" when I want to log in. This video is about creating multiple profiles with the SAME login info. You're saying you created a new profile with different login info. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do for that except to suggest you try and figure out the email/password combo for each. If you have access to both email addresses you should be able to do a password reset.

Sorry to hear. As a last resort, if you have an account you can get into you could sign up for Meta Verified ($12/month) and actually talk to someone at Meta. Might be worth it even if you cancel after one month.

Jerry, I am part of the Admin Team on a big closed user group and we have questions on the subscription to try and keep the Scammers out but currently we are manually blocking towards 100 scammers a day. One thing we have noticed the scammer seem to be using the same rule book and use about 5 same response. To try and get around our questions. So like you can do on a email server is it possible to set a rule on Facebook when a scammer asks to join is it possible to set up a automatic decline on a list of words we can type in to automatically decline to save manny man hours. I created an additional profile easy enough, made every setting public but still no one can see anything on my new one except my profile pic not even my cover photo is viewable?. They can't see any photos, or the albums I created or any posts. I uploaded many pics to an album that I have set on "public" but nobody can see them. The only good thing tha's come out of the new profile is when I go to comment with it in the community I created it for everyone there see's the nickname they know me by but with an empty creepy profile. Meanwhile my main profile still acts as normal with pics, posts etc...... What am I doing wrong?? Please help.

Yes, because your Facebook account would be blocked. But if an individual blocks a profile, it doesn't affect the other ones.
