You showed a house last October that was a beautifully designed model home and one of my personal favorite's. I have a two part question. My question is? When the model home is no longer in use and the house is sold, what happens to the furniture and all the decor? 2. Does the future owner of the model home able to purchase the furnishings?

Hello and thanks for watching ! A staging company normally owns the furniture. It is not common for it to be sold with the home but it is possible. Models will always have custom paint and often nice window treatments that will convey. When they turn a garage into the sales office, they often convert it back to a normal garage when they are finished. Many builders will sell their model, once it is complete, to an investor. They will often rent it back from the investor until they get close to selling out of that subdivision.

I love the wealth of information you give and how you present the home and I would use you as a source of information and realtor but sometime you go on and one sometimes about nothing I would like to see you talk about the house as you present the house you talk about things you have already educate us on do by the time you talk about the house you are halfway finished and we missed information about each room

This home right here makes me wish we lived in Virginia 💞✨ #dreamhome. I love all the space, yard play area, nooks, stairs, and bonus rooms!!! I only watch 2 real estate channels on YT (neither in my state/country weirdly) You're one and one of the best in visuals, knowledge, and conversation😸 (thanks for not boring us with obvious info unless we need to know it and why)💪. Yes we have the mirror facing the shower and I see the problem spots that need work all the time😹😹

Why that many bedrooms, but only two full bathrooms. The "second master" should have that smaller bathroom to itself. The laundry second floor should be another bathroom for those other 3 bedrooms. And one of those random closets on the first floor should be the laundry room.

The heating and A/C was no ran efficiently for this home....that why they have that suction fan in the ceiling. In the summer the a/c will run more to cool the house, and in the winter the house will not feel warm. They did an excellent job at revamping the home...beautiful, but with the size of this house would require more a/c units and separate or larger heating units, and it still may not get warm enough due to the location of the vents. This home was built wrong.

Why did the builders skimp on the bathrooms? Two full baths for a five bedroom home are not nearly enough. If I had a large family I would pass on this home for that reason.

I like your page. But I wish you would discuss the proerty more as you record as opposed to other subjects. I notice you do that alot and I wind up losing interest during the tour. You"ll be recording a living room and be talking about the weather. Just like now. You're recording the land, Id rather hear about landscaping ideas/acerage then Babyface and Teddy Riley.
