MAX, I am a staging student, I throughly enjoy watching your videos. The way you describe and deliver informative content is IMPRESSIVE. You are the best Realtor on the planet, you enjoy what you do and it shows. I can say this with authority since I watch home tours daily. Other realtors could benefit from your knowledge, teach some classes. Your knowledge goes beyond the sales and closing. The care and compassion your exhibit to your clients always exceed my expectations. Peace health and blessings from Atlanta. Stay masked up and 6ft..

Agree . . Even the realtor was a little confused as to how to navigate when he tried to get to the third floor master. Also I can never understand that for a home that could have great "curb appeal" they decided to reduce the front of tbe home to be essentially be a parking lot! If I drove up I would feel I was pulling into a professional office area rather than a residential home. All it needed was parking spots and a fire lane marked off. It could have been so much more inviting if they had provided a little creativity to the front. Sort of sad.

@jacqdanieles5 жыл бұрын
LOL. A bit harsh, but I get what you mean. It's a McMansion. The shingle roof does nothing for the exterior. Looks too cheap. The doors seem to be hollow-core, the toilets & baths are what you find in most starter homes. Not impressed by master bedroom. Overall, it is only interesting at the price point - a lot of square footage & 11 acres for $1.4m seems like a deal. My preference, though, would be to buy 10-12 acres of raw land & build a much nicer, smaller house. Maybe under 4000 Sq ft.
@dinkaboutit42285 жыл бұрын
7,000+ sqft and hollow core cardboard doors, only from McMansions. Lots of straight out the box faux stone and prepainted by-the-foot moldings too. You might as well just stack 3 double wides on top of each other. A 4,000 sqft home with genuinely luxurious finishes would be much more impressive, and still give you the distinction of needing 2 maids to keep up.

@Fiveohhhh8045 жыл бұрын
This home has an elevator !
@jhluman5 жыл бұрын
Great broker/agent response. When it’s your own money invested in the property it never makes sense. Most architects don’t care; it’s not their money. Most buyers just think elevators are cool; they very very quickly become a hassle and a moving part that requires maintenance. Either way my qualm is not with the elevator, it’s having to go up two weirdly laid out staircases on opposite ends of the house from the master or wait for the elevator, each and every single time you want anything in the master. I’m only being picky from an investor standpoint. The home is beautiful. One last thought. Windows and doors are major selling points on higher end homes; they are typically a big cost to the initial owner and a significant investment in the structure. That house has a lot of windows! That’s a selling point!!
@jhluman5 жыл бұрын

What a big ass bad boy that one is. The home is beautiful, no doubt. But with all the twits and turns it's a big impersonal. There's almost too much house. @@Fiveohhhh804 I understand Max. I prefer a house I'm looking at not staged. I feel sometimes the staging turns me off to the house if I can't imagine my own style living in those spaces. Everytime I look at one of these house tour videos I cringe at the staging because it just makes the house seem vapid in a way. As for this house in particular, it's just how particularly the master bedroom is up a set of stairs, down a hall, through a door, up another set of stairs and only then do you get to your bedroom. He is out of breath. I was cracking up. Beautiful home. He needed that elevator for real!!!! Too funny but it was a beautiful tour.

You should just pace yourself. You don't have to rush. Just make us enjoy the house as if we first come and visit.

Beautiful home Max. ONLY $1.4 million??? do they take all singles?? lol. Very nice, but I don't need 6 bedrooms. They have to be cleaned, furnished, heated and cooled. Imagine the taxes and insurance. Beautiful home and a nice job, once again.
