Max that's a beautiful, large home and those appliances are stellar (stove and fridge). However for the cost, I'm going to need them to finish everywhere and everything in that house, including my sentences, LOL!

Blessings Max, well? This is a stunner. What would I change about this home? You've got to be kidding. Not a doggone thing. Nothing what so ever. Or maybe I just don't have a designer's vision to see what changes to be made. I love it the way it is. You've been showing very beautiful homes available and already sold. I love the beautiful homes tours. Thanks you for that Max.😌

Wow! Conservation area. A definite like for me even thiugh I want acres. They are usually made to be walk trails for people who like the out doors an are not afraid of wild animals here in Florida. Some of those trails are really beautiful an miles long. Really like this house it has much to offer for a big family. An visiting family members. Max at the right time I will call you. Right now I am considering to just look, so I can make up my mind. I am looking in the Atlanta area also. I like what both of these areas have to offer. I really enjoy your tours an knowledge on housing. You keep your audience interested. Keep up the good WORK!

Keep in mind that a Richmond traffic jam is a 5-10 minute delay. An Atlanta delay can set you back most of a morning. or evening. IJS
@mariagrady84254 жыл бұрын
@@MaxWilliamsRealtor OKAY! That has no time with the traffic jams in Miami. We were not surprised to find out that I-95 is the most dangerous Highway in the United States. I really like Virginia. I visited for a month in Norfolk. It did not snow in 2018, The snow was one of the things I wanted to experience. Originally from North Georgia where it got really cold. Traffic was no problem,a really small town. I have laughed with my friends. That they had traveled through an did not know that they had passed through there. (O ,yes, I live in FT. Lauderdale now.) The developers here are guiding where the places are snake infested. The last time I went fishing with my dad they were crawling like ants and a huge one came upon land to attack my sister's husband. He hit it with a big log. To get it away from him. They were building rows of apartments in the back of the lake we were fishing from. Okay enough, I like experiencing an talking about stories. If someone is listening. My grand children are stumped when they find out the stories I tell them are true. Thank for listening!

@MaxWilliamsRealtor4 жыл бұрын
@@mariagrady8425 WOW ! I heard snakes were an issue there but had no idea it was that bad. I have a feeling agents there get calls from people wanting to sell because of snake incidents. Fortunately, we don't see them too often here and when we do, they are often non-lethal. Thank you for sharing !

Thank you for your input I’m from CT and I’m thinking about moving south. Two places I was looking at was FL and GA. I really like FL but I don’t like snakes. I reached out to an Orlando agent and she said we have snakes if you don’t want to see them much dont move to conservation land. In CT it depends on the town and the amount of forest the town has. I’ve seen 2 garden snakes in my 36 yrs of living in CT. I’m going to have to think hard before moving to FL lol

Watching with my 8 year old and we love this house!! She's already claimed the room in the basement lol. In my preference, I would cut some of the first basement storage in half and create a 2nd bedroom downstairs. I would also finish the "3rd floor" space as well.

LOL that is an independent little lady if she is OK with "living alone" in the basement :-) That is a bunch of square footage you would finish.
