Great house! I especially love the home theater and that ceiling detail in the master bedroom. Also noticed that the gold bathroom fixtures are making a comeback. There's usually a parade of homes type show in my area every summer but covid did that in this year. Always look forward to going and seeing how "the other half" lives. Maybe next year. Great that Richmond is still holding theirs.

This past weekend was nothing but rain ! I did notice the gold fixtures as well. We are seeing more quartz than granite in new homes. I should be dropping an affordable new construction 4 bedroom video today. Thanks for tuning in !

This is gorgeous, I am contemplating of moving in that area. A family member said it's a decent community. I am noticing that there's no fence, it's got me wondering about safety & nosey neighbors.

Many homes, especially new construction, don't have fences and the HOA may possibly restrict the existence or style. If security is a concern, alarm and camera systems are very sophisticated and not very expensive. I also have recent videos where you can't even see other homes. Thanks for your feedback.
